I have been using Miracle Pool Service for so long I am embarrassed to say how long; partly because I couldn't remember just how long that is. But because of that my pool is aging, as I am. Miracle keeps it in such a way that it is not noticeable; that is, it always looks great. Note that doesn't mean it never sustains attack from the elements. But I pay for weekly service; it is reasonably priced, consistent, responsive and very well done. I am, and always have been pleased with Miracle's service and interest in satisfying me and my family. It has come to my attention that there have been complaints; no surprise there; it is our culture to complain, it is not our culture to comment positively. But worse; too many want perfection. That is possible only if one hires someone full time to keep the pool pristine, and free from dropping leaves, blowing dust and washing of refuse into the pool when it rains. Such service is available, for a price. Anyone who wishes to have full time pool care is welcome to pursue such, if they are willing to hire someone to do it full time. But today we want everything, without having to pay for it. Is that realistic? Of course not, but don't tell the complainers; they seem to get too much pleasure from postulating; it must make them feel good. But one cannot let such reviews provide the influence required to make the decision to subscribe to such a service. I can attest that Miracle WILL respond to any oversight that can be described; that is the way they are, and have always been. Allow me to go on record as being a totally satisfied customer, who, in my opinion, get considerably more than I pay for. THAT is my review. read more

My wife and I have used Miracle Pool for several years and we were surprised to read such a negative assessment of the service this individual is claiming. Our residence is in a rural setting with a property size of 2.5 acres. Since the pool is in the open, surrounded by open fields and has no protection from blowing debris, we encounter more in-pool matter than most suburban pool owners. We also have many unauthorized swimmers from the wildlife kingdom. The staff at Miracle Pool have ALWAYS provided our family with excellent service and advice to help us enjoy OUR pool. I find the statement about green water for a month very disturbing, since our algae problem, years ago, was identified and corrected in days. We had used another service before Miracle and WE are so glad to have been introduced to the Miracle Pool staff. As long as WE own a pool, a staff member of Miracle Pool will visit our home at least once a week. read more

I have been a customer of Miracle Pool Service for several years and have never been more pleased. My pool is always crystal clear and clean. I had numerous problems with several previous pool companies and was very distraught when I first came to Miracle Pools because I had not seen the bottom of my pool in so long because it was always cloudy. They worked with the pool and had it clean and clear within a week and it has stayed that way year round. They are very well versed in all aspects of pool maintenance and have worked with me when I had mechanical service issues, even when I had to go to my home warranty to get it fixed instead of them. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have always been very courteous and easy to do business with and always available. YELP has repeatedly moved positive posts about Miracle Pool Service to "NOT Recommended" based on NO CRITERIA!!! Go read the obscurely available "Not Recommended" posts to see the real story about this company. I can guarantee you if I had rated this one 1 or 2 Stars the review would stay there forever. I didn't, however, because of the "average" star rating method. But, I guess that really doesn't matter since most all 5 Star reviews for any company are moved to Not Recommended UNLESS that company spends advertising dollars with Yelp. YELP should get nothing but 1 Star reviews. However, the ability to rate YELP as a company is not available. A nationwide check on them with the BBB shows a true picture of how they conduct business. read more

I have used Miracle Pool Service for over five years and they have been the most honest and reliable pool service. They have always been prompt (I use them for weekly service) and they do a great job maintaining my salt-water pool system. When my pool equipment does need to be repaired, I only use Miracle Pool Service. Their rates have always been very reasonable; and they stand by their work. My husband and I are senior citizens with a pool for our kids and grandchildren. Miracle Pool Service has maintained our pool for a number of years and we could not be happier with their services from chemical to equipment repairs. Once, while in California, a neighbor called us that our pool equipment was making a strange noise. We phoned Miracle Pool and even though it was winter cold AND Christmas Eve, Miracle Pool went right out and fixed our problem with no Overtime or Holiday surcharges!! Miracle Pool Service has cleaned and maintained my pool since 2001. They have provided excellent cleaning a repair service, and been very timely in their service. I use their weekly cleaning service, annual DE system clean and any pump or equipment repair. They have kept my system in tip top shape, and always make sure I am aware of any issue needing attention. I have been using Miracle Pool Service since 2007. I chose them because their rates were very reasonable and they store the chemicals. I don't have to worry about having the chemicals on-site.
