Food is consistently good. Service is very professional and many of the staff speak English. In summer they have a large outdoor dining area in an inner courtyard; access is through a passage a few doors up from the main restaurant. They also have daily or weekly specials, depending on what's in season. Reservations are a good idea during peak dinner hours, especially for larger groups. One if my favorite Italian places in Prague.
