I was highly skeptical, but dang it was amazing! I had the El Gringo and the Southern State of Mind. The tacos look deceptively small, but are jam packed with filling. The ingredients were fresh and the flavor was amazing. For instance, bbq on a taco...I was expecting grocery store filler crap, but got sweetly sauced pork that tasted like it was fresh off the smoker. Absolutely one of my favorite places in Cleveland to eat! At this point, I believe I have tried everything on the menu. As the name might imply these are not your normal tacos, so if you are looking for Mexican street tacos this is not your jam! The restaurant has been tidy every time I have been. Service has been reasonably speedy when not too busy. Obviously peak times are a little slower. The decor is nice and I love the concept. Personally I like the three taco combo but there are options. The chicken shawarma (isatanbul), Jamaican me hungry, and china in summer and some of my favs. The sauces all seem to be homemade and the ingredients have been fresh in my experiences. My sister asked the girl for Salas instead of queso and brought her queso and my grandma went and said that she asked for queso and the girl said no she didn't augurating saying that she was wrong that my sister said she wanted queso not salas. We also had a problem with the manage! We just got our food and we were just starting to eat and he came up and asked us to pay while we were in the middle of taking a bite!! It was so rude! The food was terrible and way too expensive! $9 for fried Mac n cheese on a kids menu! My brother asked is the side went with the menu and she said yes and then we got charged extra for his meal! I used to love this place. They had a shawarma taco that was so good if you put it on the top of your head, your tongue would beat your brains out, trying to get to it. The menu is like their parking lot. Absolutely garbage. The teenage staff is nice but not helpful. You can't speak to a human you have to do everything on your phone so all you see is just people sitting around without food in front of them. This place should just shut down and let a good restaurant move into its place. read more

Wish I had found this place sooner, I've only been a couple times in the last month or so and it's quickly becoming a favorite. The first time I went they were having a trivia night and the entire place was packed, not a single free table. Staff was very busy, but very nice and apologetic for the delay. Wait was no longer than 10-15 minutes and we had our order to go. Food was great, not quite authentic Mexican but definitely a step-up from Taco Bell's streamlined menu. For 8.99 I got both a Kim Jong Mmm and El Gringo taco, and a side of their chips and green chili queso. Though side is a bit of an understatement, portion was closer to a $5 appetizer at some other sit-down places, and the chips?? I don't know what seasoning they're using but I could eat just that for a meal and be happy. Drink's actually not included in the combo, strange choice, but with how cheap the meal already is I really don't mind. Great food, great service. Misfit Tacos is the most creative restaurant on Paul Huff. My wife and I got 8 different tacos between us and all of them were great. I seen a video on Facebook showing the different tacos they have and thought might just give them a try. In the video these two guys where trying The Silenced Lamb and The Holler and Swaller. They said there was a competition for a this weeks taco and would face off with other winners. I stopped in and grab one of each and a taco called China in the summertime. The China in the summertime was really good. The Silenced Lamb wasn't a fan but it was good. Now The Holler and Swaller was the money. It was like eating a Nashville hot chicken sandwich but as a taco. It had the right amount of heat and tang to it, will be back for that one. read more
