I hired a professional to do move out clean of my house. It is was a 650 sqft one bedroom apartment. I was charged $130 for 2 hours and 30 mins cleaning . You know in this allotted slot she cleaned only restroom and kitchen. I promise those two rooms were not in that bad state to take the whole time. But that's their strategy. Every one hour after allotted time is $75. They want me to extend. I told the lady to do fast and not to be so in detail, but she just replied that how I work and continued her work. I have given two stars only because whatever she cleaned she cleaned it perfectly. I am not complaining the quality of work. I am complaining about the strategy followed to extract money in unfair way. Do you think, miss bubbles the money you make in this way from people will serve you in good way ?? read more

The cleaning was requested with short notice and on a Sunday. This was completed to a good level. The Service lets you know they have up to one hour from the time of starting to arrive. The Cleaner did just arrive within that window and hence I removed 1 star... It would have been helpful to have them start at the time requested but it was within the range the company told me... read more

Great people. There were three that came to my house. I got the biggest package because I am selling my home. I got a huge package. One was an experienced supervisor (part owner), and the other two were high school kids. She (owner) walked through the house with me and them to layout everything that needed to be done. Then the two kids started cleaning and she left. She came back a while later and helped them finish. The cleaning job was okay initially, but she was smart and seems to know how to retain customers. We did a big walk through where we found several things that had been missed and a few rooms that needed re-vacuuming. The attitude I got from her was kind of a "please tell me what is needed, that's the only way I'll know and that's the way I teach the kids." 5 stars without a doubt because price was reasonable, natural cleaning products, and made 100% sure to stay and work and redo things until everything was perfect. I found Miss Bubbles on YELP, looking for a quality yet affordable cleaning service. Their quote for a basic initial clean was much more reasonable than the other companies I checked. Service was wonderful - very friendly and thorough! I ran some errands and came home just over an hour later to a sparkling clean and amazing smelling clean apartment. They even did a few extras without charging above the basic service because they didn't want to leave any dust behind. A complete scrub down (full bathroom, kitchen, vacuum, made bed, etc) that would have taken me all day, done in an instant? Money well spent, I highly recommend Miss Bubbles! read more

Absolutely horrible, and they got my yelp account banned. Called them in February to clean a house I had just purchased. The house was empty and It needed a thorough cleaning. The crew showed up three hours late, and missed several items listed as deluxe service. Couple Doors and door frames, ceiling fans, syrup on floors, missed window ledges and didn't really clean kitchen cabinets as there were drip marks. Called them to touch it up, and they blew off my appointment, then they called to send a supervisor out. They blew that day off. When I finally got a call about my review on yelp and asked for a refund for difference of deluxe and middle package, they blew me off after admitting they had double booked me twice. The woman was combative as if it was my fault they didn't do a thorough job. I had no clothes to wash, no laundry to do just clean empty house with no furniture to dust. They walk you around on wet floors and ask you to inspect on wet floors. Buyer beware. read more

They have a weird policy of not supplying their own paper towels--they ask the client to supply them. Plus they cashed my check at a commercial check cashing place that called me and tried to demand that I tell them what my entire bank balance was just to cash a $125 check. I refused of course. These two things made me think that this is not a very professional operation. I don't plan to use them again. read more

Miss Bubbles cleaning service did a fantastic job on my apartment! They're extremely flexible with scheduling. (Had a bad experience with a prior cleaning service) The deep clean fee was $120, $30 for a refrigerator (She brought that up and asked before hand). For the work and effort put in, it is a huge bang for your buck. Cheaper than what I would've went with. When I need to move out of my future apartment, Miss Bubbles will be the 1st I call. Very friendly, kind, and courteous with your belongings. Was willing to do a video walk through showing what was done. The staff at Miss Bubbles are courteous, professional, and do and excellent job at a reasonable price. They always leave my house sparkling, and one time, when my dogs escaped while they were there (due toy fault, not theirs), the whole staff walked around the streets with me looking for my dog, even though they were already done cleaning. Worst cleaning ever, bought a Amazon local coupon , was sent two people for a hour and half work they never made it upstairs , the two of them spent entire time cleaning a 700 square foot area which included half bath I have never seen such unprofessional behavior between being late and breaking figurine , never even addressing the two bedrooms upstairs with full bath. One of the workers was hearing impaired so they had to write notes back and forth to each other wasting cleaning time. I live alone and my condo was not dirty. I had Miss Bubbles come out a few months ago for a deep cleaning. My dog had unleashed his hair all over the house and dragged in mud all over. I also had construction crews in and out so they had their work cut out for them. They cleaned one bedroom, two living rooms, a dining room and three bathrooms. I contacted Miss Bubbles to clean my 2-bedroom apartment after I moved out. They did an okay job and maybe that's because I purchased the basic cleaning :). It was not the best cleaning I have ever seen, but it was good. They cleaned all the counters, bathrooms and floors. The only thing that did not look all the great was the carpet in the living and dining rooms. But, when I noticed it did not seem like it was vacuumed, they went ahead and vacuumed it right in front of me. They were very nice and professional. Miss Bubbles did a great job! I was moving out, and they were able to schedule me on pretty late notice to come in on a Saturday and clean up my apartment for me after I had emptied it of all my stuff. The cleaner arrived on time and was very friendly and polite, she explained to me everything she would do. I got the deluxe clean, which included vacuuming, baseboards, dusting, etc and cleaning of either the oven or the refrigerator. I left and came back about 3 hours later and she was almost done, everything looked great! It was so nice to not have to stress about cleaning out my old apartment and be able to focus on my new place :) They do have an odd policy of not supplying paper towels, which was fine but a little weird. Very friendly, nice & considerate. I am sensitive towards chemicals so I loved it when I found out they use non toxic cleaning supplies! I got the regular cleaning package(vacuum,mop,clean counters,clean kitchen/bedroom/bathroom). They did a very good job mopping the floors which was very dirty. Terrible value for money. Really didn't put in effort - didn't prioritize dirtiest areas to clean up. One of the guys was lightly dusting a book shelf when the bathroom needed major cleaning. Very low commitment. Wanted to get in and out quickly. Charged me $270. Came an hour earlier than they were supposed to, leading the owner to rush in from an errand to come home to let them in.
