He listened to my concerns without making me feel pressured and even wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean, which I really appreciated. My AC system is about 20 years old and had started blowing warm air. I honestly thought I was going to need a whole new system, but I explained that replacing it just wasn't in my budget right now. The technician understood, carefully diagnosed the problem, and found that it was simply a faulty capacitor. After replacing the part, my AC was up and running perfectly again!
