Maybe I've just been lucky? I've been a customer here for years, though, so take that into consideration as well. At times I've come in and there was only one or two workers but they're fast. The woman who's consistently working (perhaps the owner or manager) is always so nice to us. She gets our orders right. And even the times we want to try something new and flub our order, she'll do her best to correct it. I've stood in long lines here and got in and out fast. There is seating inside if you'd like to dine in. The decor inside is cute, too, makes for decent IG pics. My order always tastes good. Give it a try! I try to support Kent Station businesses as well, as much as I can. It's been a bummer to see the management of that shopping center allow for so many businesses to close.
