Go here if you would like weed over 10 months old and dry. Then when you call to ask for help they say too bad, it's less than a year old. Great way to treat a medical patient who trusted your product and was hoping for a simple exchange for newer product. I recently visited MISSION and had a frustrating experience for the second time with the same person. I took down my review after having a conversation with the Manager last time . I won't be doing that this time. They gave me a severe panic attack. By the way they spoke to me and stated " we can't do anything for you with a condescending smile on his face " I tried to ask a question about the validity of my medical card and the budtender seemed evasive and unwilling to provide a clear answer. I felt like my concern was dismissed and that the dispensary was more interested in making a sale than ensuring I was a legitimate patient. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. I would not recommend this dispensary to anyone seeking a professional and informative experience. I went to Mission in Worcester today, as a new to them medical patient. I walked in with my sling and orthopedic boot. It took them 40 minutes to check me in, meantime I was creating a cart with everything I wanted. I walked up to the register to place the order. The man behind the counter informed me it would be easier for HIM if I walk to the other side of the store, place my order, wait LONGER, and pick it up when ready. I left without buying anything! I've the last several months they have gone up on the prices and the quality is not good. stay away from the high rollers club, they do not honor the discounts and deals most of the time now and never have the incentives that you are supposed to get. once you sign up there is no way to cancel unless you stop payment with your card company. read more

They gave some great recommendations and when I expressed concern about allergies to specific fruits they mentioned how to find the flavor profile (terps) and figure out if the fruit was used in the process of making the oil. Easy online and in person ordering. Friendly staff. Products are great for me, never had a bad experience. Awesome discounts for medical patients with a point system for weed. There is also an adult use point system for accessories (cannot be used on the good stuff unfortunately). They take cash, debit or Canpay and believe there is an atm on site as well (used to be anyway!). There is around a $3 charge for the atm and debit card use. They also have a good setup for online pick up/in person ordering where I feel safe and distanced from others during Covid. Masks are required and employees have been good about wearing them anytime I've been in, which is a lot. It's not usually that busy either so I don't get anxiety being in line with a ton of people or anything. HIGHly recommend ;) read more

Stale edibles that are called chewy. Caramel bites rock hard lk glass. High burst are great when they are soft. My pen I got their died after using only a few times and charger did not work. i went to mission dispensary around the last week of april to use my medical card to purchase my medication. I waited in line to be seen for about 30 minutes while one of the three available cashiers helped an elderly customer in front of me. While i was waiting the supervisor called another cashier to come up and take orders because the line was getting to long. When i went to the front of the line i was told it was a cash only line and i would need to take my money out to get out faster instead of taking the guy in front of me in the cash line in the first place since he was in the debit line. They took another two customers that came after me before they even cashed out my order. I asked who the supervisor was and i was told it was the gentleman helping out the elderly customer i asked why is it taking so long i was informed they had to do price adjustments, but while they were ringing out the gentleman they were talking about how one of the cashiers almost went to jail for a gram, but could rent a gun on their license. When it finally was my turn the elderly customer stepped right in front of me leaning in to the cashier trying to finish up their conversation while i was handing my license over to the cashier. I was told by the customer that if i drive the way i talk i would crash in no time and while everyone working had a good laugh at my expense i was told i needed to learn patience while the supervisor scoffed at me saying keep it up. I was never told i was breaking any rules, nor do they have their code of conduct clearly posted for the customers to see. Instead 2 weeks later after receiving no phone from the company or a letter as they have updated contact information for me on file i was pulled aside in public in front of their door by some gentleman behind the desk who did not identify himself to me i explained my side of the story for what happened that day and when i was done talking he said from what you've told me thats why you get this you've been banned and next time you show up im calling the police. I did nothing but stand up for myself and call the two employees "retarded". read more
