11/11/26-Arrived at 0834 to the Mister at San Pedro NE and Paseo del Norte Albuquerque. Paid $30 for interior/exterior, went inside and waited about 15 minutes; when i didn't see my car i went outside and they still had not done the interior. I say they, but it turned out to be just one guy; he told me he was swamped-obviously, he now had my car and 5 others waiting. 15 minutes later I finally got my cars. Understaffed and no communication about how long it would take. read more

The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, but when your vehicle is damaged, they will decline to repair it. There were a couple small rock chips on my hood and after they took a power washer to them, they stripped off a couple good chunks of paint from the hood. Filled out an incident report, and the manager called me today stating that they will not cover the damage and they offered me a couple car washes as compensation. Needless to say, I've contacted their headquarters and will follow up to get my hood fixed. read more

This place is more for convenience than anything else. The prices have gone up and the service remains the same. The price was around $25 and I don't expect detail work for that price. However my expectations are that they do a thorough job of vacuuming, wipe all of the interior, and make sure all glass and hardware is clean and shiny. Unfortunately that is not the case and you leave with a semi clean vehicle. Because I know I do a better job I actually go to the cheaper drive thru car wash and use their state of the art vacuums and do it myself. I use Mister Car wash only for time and convenience. I was however sticker shocked when I saw how much the price went up. I would have felt better about paying more if they had done a great job. Good day, I am a member and also a government employed combat Veteran. On February 9th, 2023 at 1730 I went to the Mister Wash on 3625 NM-528, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87114 location to get my 2015 Chevy Malibu interior and exterior serviced. My car is in top condition and I get it serviced on time to make sure that it is. My 2015 Chevy Malibu has never had a problem with the front seats moving back and forth and I'm 6ft and use my vehicle daily. There were 2 men that tasked with vacuuming my car, one short and one tall. I watched the 2 men vacuum my car and seen the short one out of the 2 get in and drive or into the wash once the car for to the other side my drivers side front seat was damaged to the point that the car seat was moved all the way to the front ave could not move back and when they tried my car seat would turn instead of moving back and forth. My driver side front seat is electronic and I had no issues at all with it until I brought it to this location listed above. The site manager named Frank Briones gave me an incident report with report# NM-0396-23-004621 with contact# 505-890-1064 and informed me to take my Chevrolet Malibu to any Chevrolet dealership or Collison shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico and have them contact Mister Wash after the assessment and that Mister Wash will pay for the damage. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and am requesting a refund from February 9th, 2023 service as well as full repair of the damage to my driver side seat. My husband took his car to have it washed inside and out because we were having guests who would be borrowing his car. I have a membership and go weekly but he rarely goes and chooses to clean his own car. This time he agreed to go there and it was a horrible experience. They left a napkin on the front floorboard, and they did not clean out the cupholders which had crumbs, the doors had marks on them inside and it was just a very poor job and a complete waste of money. I just paid $32 dollars for their "top" wash. I received my vehicle back with bugs stuck to the windshield and apparently they don't wipe or clean the interior at all. What a waste of money. Basically, I paid someone $32 to vacuum my vehicle and give me the same caliber wash as a drive thru at a gas station. I won't make the mistake of paying that again. And the prices on their memberships are laughably high. My ten year old nephew could've done a better job wiping this interior. read more

Wow! I should've read the reviews before wasting my money like everyone else. Doesn't appear that there services have changed for the good. How does a corporate company maintain such poor quality service? Sending $30 on a car wash only to receive less than mediocre delivery. Seems like every review is concerned about the same service. we're all victims of a scam! I went with high expectations and now i have to plan for a new car wash. My back windows, mirrors and side windows have a weird film over them and its hard to see out of my windows. To top it off, they threw the receipt that they tag on your window inside my baby's car seat base, who does that? completely unacceptable! My car was not vacuumed, never received a scent and none of my interior was wiped down. Whoever decides to use this car wash, don't spend your money on the $30 wash because you'll end up getting the lower grade car wash anyways. As a matter of fact, just don't come here at all. Adobe cars. A term I thought was only coined in the Northern part of this state, where trekking across dirt roads and post snow-melt mud is pretty much a daily reality. But here in the Duke City, those spring winds toss around more than just tumbleweeds.... I was donning a fine coat of dust, probably 2 layers thick on my trusty '99 suburban *a.k.a. my *mom wagon"* and I have to say, I very rarely take my car to a car wash. We have a nice shop vac at home, interior cleaning products and some nice wax and buffing tools...but as a 4 day weekend loomed on the horizon (yes, my husband has 4 days off in a row, I'm still in disbelief), the thought of knocking at least one thing off the list of "to-do's" to make room for a little more relaxation was enough to get me in the car and to the nearest car wash....and that's pretty much why I chose Mister Car Wash, because I would have liked to try Extreme Mobile Detailing or something similar if I had more time....but, convenience won the day. Upon entering the line, my attendant was friendly and helpful, I chose the platinum selection. I don't have any trash accumulation in my car, so in general, it just needed a good exterior scrub, and a thorough interior wipe down, window spritz and vacuum....my littles have been nibbling on snackles and lickin' lollipops and touching the interior walls with sticky fingers...I could have gone for the lower tier...but I went for the top notch anyway. The staff was cheerful inside and outside, the complimentary popcorn and coffee was a nice touch, the lobby was clean and inviting. So, how was the quality of the job? Ya know, the exterior was great, but the interior was average. The windows were crisp, no streaks...but the wipe down and vacuum were just ok. Not too bad, but there were at least three obvious areas that should've been vacuumed that anyone can see, and at least 3 areas on the seats that should have been wiped down more thoroughly, so for the price, I didn't really receive platinum service....it was more mid tier at best. The basic car wash is $28. That includes wiping down the dash the center consul vacuuming. When I pointed out that the simple tasks had not been done correctly, I was told that I needed to get my car detailed. My car is never very dirty. They just didn't wipe well enough and they didn't vacuum the car well enough. It would've been nice. Had they just wiped down what was dirty and vacuumed my car again instead me and the manager had an argument. Very unprofessional in my opinion I won't be going back to this Mr. car wash. I will continue to make the drive into Albuquerque and go to the one on Paseo they do a much better job in my opinion. read more

I was pretty excited to try this car wash. Back in Nevada we had a subscription with our old wash so was hoping to get that here. The car wash was boring, with how much money you pay you think there would be cool lights inside the wash. Usually you smell that freshness of the cotton candy soap inside the car while going through the wash, NOT HERE! The customer service was poor. The vacuums aren't the greatest. I asked questions like fundraising question, if they ever have deals or specials for their customers who sign up to be VIP. The employee didn't know anything. I was disappointed leaving. I won't be back. I already found a new favorite car wash on Unser. Hope management changes there goals to having satisfied customers rather then them trying to get the most money they can take from us. Horrible, the one reason I used to go there was they towel dry my car, I spent $17+ on exterior only wash only to be told this doesn't include towel dry service. WTF???? The only thing that separated them from the competition was this one little service, and that's not included for a $17+ exterior wash...oh by the way, see photos below of just how clean $17 gets you, not at all. When I brought this to their attention they handled it as bad as you could. Instead of offering to towel dry my car because I didn't know this was not included or refund my money, they just quoted me what the service did not include. When I told them they would be losing a customer, they made no effort at all to remedy the situation. I don't usually go to a Mister car wash, I make the trek to Rain Tunnel, but I was in a hurry this afternoon. The prices are absolutely atrocious, $35 for them to wash and vacuum but then I have to do it all over again when I get home. The line was long since it was a nice day, but they get you in and out like nobody's business. From the beginning, the vacuum was horrible. I have a Ford Escape and they didn't even pull the mats out to vacuum under. I just got back from Las Cruces and anyone who has made that drive, you're a bug murderer even if you don't mean to. I specifically asked them to make sure they get all the bugs scrapped off, but when I pull out..... bug guts all over my windshield. I get home and the inside of the car isn't wiped down, there was still dust on my radio screen and to top it all off..... I had to redo my rims because they were visibly black. Save yourself a lot of money, take the time to go to Rain tunnel, and beg the owners to open one on the west side!!! read more

Pulled up o 2/3/20 and told the attendant I wanted the $15 wash. He upsold me to the $35 service and told me it was the way to go. They would vacuum thoroughly, clean the interior, wipe door jams and sills, amongst many other things. I was still hesitant but he was persuasive and I went for it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied. It's literally the $15 wash at double the price. I have always gone for the $15 wash and that's understandable that it won't be great but if you're going to have your reps up sell for double price there should be a noticeable difference. They do a wonderful job every time. I have the monthly membership, so I get my car done once a week, at least. Unlimited car washes?! It's like a dream come true. Keeps my car looking new, helps preserve the finish and keeps all of my husband's trash from piling up on the floorboards. They do a really fast job, so sometimes they miss something, but they always catch it the following week, so I'm happy. They are always SUPER nice! The lobby is always super clean. I was very dissatisfied with the car wash. I did pay $12.00 for the car wash the passenger side and the trunk still had dirt on the car. The vacuum didn't suck. I did try a couple of different vacuums to make sure it just wasn't the one I was using. I usually go to the one on McMahon and Unser but I was on this side so decided to use this one. I have done an experiment to see if it's a poor quality standard or isolated incident. I took my car on different days of the week and during different times of day over a couple weeks. Each time I paid $35 the best wash and interior on their menu. Every time it was not fully wiped dry leaving streaks and spotting, dirty spots on the door panels. Interior not wiped and poorly vacuumed. Bottom line, take $35 someplace else for at least a min quality wash. They drove my vehicle into a wall. This happened in the end of February and they are still not taking care of this. They sent me to a body shop that fixed the minor body damage, but when I asked about the broken sensor in the front end they said "We don't do that". They didn't say that during the estimate, only after they had done some of the necessary work. The manager told me to take it to the dealership to have the sensor fixed. I have spent about $1100.00 out of pocket and the only way they will reimburse me is if I sign an extensive legal document accepting the payment as a settlement. This would even sign away my right to leave this review. These people are either being dishonest with me to screw me over, or they are completely incompetent. The claims department does not exist. The only person that will ever call you is the manager who claims he has no authority to do anything. All I wanted was my vehicle fixed. They have made sure that will not happen. Don't take your vehicle to this company, take it anywhere else because if something bad should happen you are on your own! read more
