If anyone goes to Mister Car Wash by the harbor center... do so at your own risk. My brand new car was damaged when an employee didn't put it into park and it rolled into another car. Getting any information from them and getting the general manager to a call me back has been impossible. I'm having to go through the police to get anywhere which is just completely ridiculous! I paid $44.00 and I had to tell them to clean my seats after they were done....They make you pay for armor all treatment only to tell me that they wouldn't do it to my interior... soooo did I get any money off because you didn't complete the service? I went to just get a basic car wash because my car was dirty and I had some time to kill. I bought the $14 exterior wash and was not impressed, but it did remove a lot of the dead bugs off my wind shield and the dust off the rest of my car. The reason they get 1 star though is because they sent a car through the wash with no one in the car right in front of me, so when I was on my way out the car was stopped at the end of the belt. I therefore was pushed into the car in front of me by the belt while i slammed on my brakes and honked to try to get somebody's attention. I went with my daughter and she asked for the Platinum Wash which is about $37. She has a Mazda 3. It was finished in about 5 minutes. Later we noticed there was still dirt on the console and the front license plate had been partially pried off and was bent. Also there was supposed to be air freshener but we could detect none. This was a re-wash promised by max for the crappy job last time, well max promised platinum wash, will wash the mats, and give us a free wash for a future visit, Max is now in the PA location and no one knows anything other than Max is gone and they cant honor what was promised because he is in PA. well they blew interior dirt around, vacuumed and went to the other side and blew dirt around, and it killed the guy who was vacuuming to do his job, it was washed, tire shine was applied, no wash on the mats, no fragrance, soap dripping off the lower side, but at least it was free, and the manager even said what they didnt wash the mats, dug you were inside redoing windows and sitting in the half vacuumed car. I immediately filed a claim at the car was and was told by the manager that someone would call me back within three days. 1 week later I was contacted and was told that they had videos of my car before it went into the car wash and the scratches were already there before the car went through the wash. I asked to see the videos and was told by the manager that she was not allowed to show me the videos. I know that car for sure that the car didn't have a mark on it before and now I have to pay out of my own pocket to get the car repaired. What a scam! I was a customer of theirs for a few years but never again. read more

Terrible I gave 1 star honestly the deserve No Stars Terrible!!!! December 23,2023 I went to the was and they damaged my 2023 iridescent pearl Chevrolet Traverse (my truck was only 5 months old) I noticed damage to my front bumper, hood, left fender, left mirror, left door front and back, above left back door and above gas tank, and front windshield all have nicks in them due to their car wash. I brought it to their attention immediately the same day Dec 23 2023 I talked with GM Cannon Ferguson he said he will write up a complaint and I will hear from them after the holiday. I heard back a few days later and GM Cannon Ferguson called and said after reviewing the video that damage was already there (Bullsh*t) I left my job and immediately and went to the car wash and talked with GM and and some so call assistant manager they looked and my truck and said that this damaged came from driving and it's all rock damage (Bullsh*t) I requested to see the video GM said it has to be subpoena (Bullsh*t) so I called the police they informed me that this is a civil matter. I contacted the Regional manager Dave Craig and he emailed me and claim he saw the view the video and he agree with the GM and I emailed him back and told what video did he see and I don't agree with his decision the RM never responded to my email, I called and left messages no response. If I couldn't see the video it's all (Bullsh*t) all asked for them to be accountable for their wash damaging my vehicle and fix my vehicle. I contacted a lawyer and the car wash refuse to sign for the certified letter that was sent to them. Mister Car Wash they need to held accountable for their car was damaging my vehicle. Disappointed. Paying ~$40 for a car wash and then having to wipe down your interior after is ridiculous. I thought that I would be getting my monies worth for the "platinum package," but instead I'm noticing that they did not wipe down the rear view mirror, dashboard screen is still dusty and the inside of my windows still has visible dirt. I had to ask him to wipe down my door cup holders. Additionally, this is the second time they have asked if I wanted an air freshener in my car and I got nothin'. I use to like this place. The kids working there are nice, but they don't wash mats anymore, their vacuuming skills are subpar, and they raised their prices for inferior work. STAY AWAY! $20 for exterior premium wash and it came out dirty, would not wipe the water off and even when I showed the manager that it was not clean, he offered no solution (ie rerunning it thru or having it wiped down). Giving a 1 star rating is being nice. Took my car they offered me a platinum package to use the air hose to blow out the cup holders, seats and vents. Stood right next to the guys the were supposed to use the blow gun only to see them never take the blow gun off the holder. I then went to the Manager who I mentioned they didnt provide the service I specifically paid additional to have provided. His response was I will mention it to the team and it will be taken care of. Car comes out they call me to give me the car and not only was the dirt and stuff still in the cup holders and seats but the cup holder was full of soapy water. It was pathetic at most. I went back to complain and not one person would come out to rectify the situation. I contacted their customer service to get an answer or refund and they said the local store would reach out to me. They did a wonderful job on the outside and inside of my car.. I wasted a whole cup of sticky soda in my seats you can't even tell it was there.. don't always listen to reviews. I've driven pass Mister Car Wash for years and wanted to try the service. I had time today so I stopped in. The young woman who signed me in was a pleasure - polite, conscientious, helpful. The car cleaning was about $40 because I got the full interior and exterior cleaning with my interior mats cleaned. The service was rather quick. When I went to my car, the outside looked great but the inside was terrible. Interior cleaning missed my backseats the driver door, and the front passenger door - there was still debris in those areas. I asked the technician to clean those areas again. After I left, I noticed the center console, cup holders, and rear view mirror were not cleaned. There was now a fingerprint on the rear view mirror! After paying $40, I had to clean those areas myself. I would rather wait longer for a good and thorough cleaning. I am not a satisfied customer. read more

Not worth the money. I have been here a few times and routinely disappointed. Today I paid for the Platinum Wash ($37.99) which supposedly maximized cleaning on the interior. Not impressed at all. Looked like it was vacuumed and then the dash and center console were wiped with a damp rag. Exterior had sap on it. I agree with all the complaints people have written. I had leaves and leave imprints left on my car. The air hose was never used and they wanted to charge extra to clean the floor mats. I have the monthly platinum service and it is far from platinum. The kids who greet you feel they have a powerful position, as they have a an attitude. I will be taking my car elsewhere and cancelling my monthly service. With all the bad reviews it is obvious that the managers do not care about these reviews as I haven't seen any improvements. The service was poor before Covid so saying it is because of Covid is wrong. read more

I have been paying monthly $45 missed 2-3 months and went in last week. It was unbelievable with what was missed, they handed my keys and said thanks then drove home to cancel any other charges. They take blow guns to all cup holders not a wet rag, don't even wipe off the (all weather) floor mats. I had some salt stains on mine and figured they would be gone. Nope, I went home and 2 paper towels with some Windex, they look new again. They push as many people through there as they can, bottom line! read more

Place pwned my entire rear bumper of my Range Rover Sport. Luckily the kid on staff took the hit and admitted fault because ended up going back and forth with claims dept. and upon returning for video etc was told "camera system is being upgraded, etc". $1400 mistake that the car wash ended up eating. When this place 1st came to Annapolis I got a membership and was very happy then something happen and there employees decided to do have ass work. I complain to management and took pictures for them a couple of times I even took my car back so it could be done right an since I had a member ship and went just about every week you would think they would have remembered me. And no my car was not dirty dirty. They would either forget to clean the inside of the rear window or they wouldn't vacuum the door jams. So finally I cancel my membership. Fast forward for almost a year and a half later I decided to go because my friend said they have changed and I take my car today and look what happens of course they don't clean the rear window nor did they vacuum the side of my door jam. And I would have thought since covid was around and they weren't busy at all that nothing would get missed I guess they fooled me. Very "ho-hum" service; nothing personal. Paid $37 for top of the line full interior/exterior wash & cleaning and all they could do was wipe the windows and dash board. The vacuuming was lackluster, leaving much debris in the rear compartment of my SUV and not wiping the interior sides of the doors or rear compartment very well. Upon arriving at home I found that my rear hatch wasn't working either. Luckily I got it to work from the interior switch. I will NOT be going back.
