They use hot snow foam on your car and take good care not to scratch it. On bikes they pay attention to each bike and are careful what they do. In my case they didn't use snow foam as they were concerned about some of the metal finish, but the end result was that after being caught out in the rain the day before, my bike that was covered in muck left looking as clean as the day it left the showroom! I will be using them again and again for my bike, and they are conveniently located next to the ace cafe so you can even grab a bite to eat while you wait :)

I left the car to be cleaned and came back after 30 minutes and was informed that the car had been washed and was ready. When I inspected the car, I found that the boot had not been vacuumed. Neither the manager nor the staff told me that they were 'unable to open' the boot, hence they didn't vacuum it. If I didn't inspect my car and just drove off, I would have been none the wiser! Also, I found that the overall exterior cleaning was not done properly (i.e. still dirty when you slide your finger across a section of the car) and that none of the tyres were given the 'tyre shine'. Overall, it was a slapdash work and would suggest to look elsewhere for a car wash.
