The company returned to address those issues, however the second visit left the siding uneven in appearance with visible patchy and swirl areas across multiple sections of the home. I waited several days for everything to fully dry, but the uneven appearance remained. I ultimately corrected most of the finish myself using a microfiber towel and mild soap to restore a more uniform appearance. I chose to handle the remaining correction myself because repeated scheduling and coordination issues throughout the process made it difficult to reliably be present during service visits, despite multiple requests for appointment-based scheduling. The follow-up visit itself felt rushed and disorganized, and by that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing the process further. While the original marks were eventually removed, the overall experience, communication, and final workmanship were not what I expected from an established company.

A dog urinated into my ac unit, they told me to rinse out the filter and wouldn't even come look at it. Completely unprofessional and only interested in getting the leases locked in and the rats in the cage. No matter if the rats receive no satisfaction for the legal contract of the lease, they just replace them when they leave. Mold, cockroaches, flies galore from dumpsters placed too close to residences, ac and heating that only works in the living room. Management says they will take care of something only to get away from you and then nothing is done. Before you sign a lease with this cheap rent complex, read the lindsey management co reviews and realize you will be getting less than you paid for or expected, even if you expect very little.
