Out of curiosity several days later I took to an high traffic area on hand and knees with resolve carpet stain and spot remover and was able to remove the dirt. The third photo is before the second is after Capital cleaned, the first is the sport I cleaned with Resolve. Needless to say I will never use this company again as it was just a total waste of money.

Centurion came out to clean two cotton velvet sofas in June 2024. They had been cleaned numerous…read moretimes by Hagopian with no problems but Hagopian has gotten very expensive. Now, the sofas still have deep brush marks in the velvet and we can't get them out. We complained to Centurion in June and they sent the SAME guy out again. He was furious that we had complained! He went over the sofas lightly and told us that we could steam them. I don't have the equipment to steam them so thanks for nothing, Centurion! Definitely would NOT recommend this company!
