Showed us how to do it and left. We never did get in reverse. Had to have several guys push us so we could go forward out of the parking space. Returned at 6:55 and told him the cart was a piece of junk. He said, I told you that. Then proceeded, very loudly, to get out and don't ever come back and rent from him.
