I followed up on 9/6 to confirm order. I followed up again on 9/18 and was assured everything was on track. I called to ask for tracking number on 9/26 and was informed that "the printer made a mistake" and they would not be able get the product to me. Here's the most frustrating thing: I called and was informed that they would not be able to deliver the goods that I paid for a month and 10 days in advance, which left me wondering if anyone from customer service would have called me or just left me hanging?!?! This created a lot of unnecessary stress surrounding an event that was happening on 9/30. I found someone in CA who created custom lanyards and shipped to my business in less than 24 hours for the same price.
