We were instructed to go upstairs where we would meet our daughter's bridal consultant. Jen introduced herself and let me tell you there is nothing unforgettable about her. From her welcoming presence, to her huge smile, and especially the way she made our daughter feel very special. Jen led us to our seats which were so comfortable. It felt like we were going to experience this bridal dress shopping in the comfort of our own home. In front of us was this large room full of mirrors, a pedestal, and curtains held open by metal tiebacks. Jen took her daughter and started looking at dresses. Jen asked our daughter so many questions. She wanted to know our daughter personally, so she could select the correct gowns. Jen assisted our daughter getting her gown on and she'd open up those curtains and it was like this grand experience. The last gown our daughter tried on was the most beautiful and perfectly designed for her. It's like consultant Jen knew that this was the finale gown. We explained to Jen that we had another bridal appointment at one of the chain bridal store. Jen took our daughter's measurements for the finale gown our daughter loved. Our daughter did not receive her bridal moment at the chain store and the dresses she tried on did not compare to her finale gown at your shop. Our daughter called your shop back and asked if she could come back and try on that finale gown one more time. Jen was right there to welcome us. Jen had our daughter in the gown with the veil and she grandly opened up those curtains and there wasn't a dry eye in the place. Our daughter said, "I say yes to the dress". When I walked in, there was no one in sight... I stood there for a minute or two, and then a woman finally came out. I told her I was searching for bridal gowns. She instantly said that they didn't have many in stock and "by the way... when's your wedding date?" I told her I didn't have a date set yet, because i just recently got engaged. She then walked me over to her limited selection of approximately 20 gowns and told me to pick one a size larger than I normally wear. That was one gown. And all of the others said they couldn't be ordered. On top of that, almost all of the bridal gowns had stains on them. I don't know if that was from people looking at them, or if they had been worn before. After I looked for 5 minutes I told the woman have a nice day and I left. As a retail manager, I was appalled by the lack of respect and enthusiasm by the woman working. When a new bride walks in to look at your gowns... Please be a little more excited for her next time... little actions can go a long way.

I was told all sales are final and what I signed was an agreement to this. Notonce was I told these were used!! Not once was I explained that what I signed was a agreement to their final sale policy. When I spoke with the lady manager of Dillers Fallen Timbers she said that's their policy and could of cared my explanation. I asked if I could get a credit even trade for a different style. She said no because they can't authentic the purse. I said I never carried it its already authenticated. She said I cam sell it and the tag would let the buyers know all about this purse but they won't return it. I am soooo very disappointed! Please let this be a lesson to anyone buying a designer purse from Dillards ask questions be informed. Because they don't care aweful !!
