Some of the staff I find are lovely women but others I have been disgusted at the way they look down their nose at you, especially some managers! Not very encouraging for the company! The food hall stocks a wide range of food, from Sandwiches to more substantial food for bigger meals. There is a park and collect service which is fab when you buy a large amount of food. There are plenty of fashions available for all ages both male and female as well as a good home department which sells furniture. The lady was very friendly and there was some really nice things for saleand more than we expected as it is a fairly small shop. We were in a while but because we wanted to be, no longer just to fill time.Just after this a friend moved to Thirsk and when I visited her I made sure that I made a return visit. She became a regular visitor and was glad to have found it.

Many of the staff have been there for a long time and they know the business inside out. They have a good range of electrical items. When you first enter there is a big range of televisions to choose from, all usually on, and it makes the shop seem nice and bright. They sell lots of different makes of items, usually high quality such as smeg fridges, dyson cleaners. There is a section of electric fires at the back of the store and they also stock quite an extensive range of items incase you need a repair. If it isn't in stock they would do their utmost to order it as a matter of urgency for you and I think they provide a really high level of customer service.

It's always clean and tidy but I often find it difficult to get around the shop if it's quite busy because it's not a very big shop. They seem to have a strange policy of not selling anything from the window displays so don't bother asking!

The staff are always lovely and very helpful if you are looking for something in particular. If you want to try something you may have to wait though because there is only one changing room. Although this is a charity shop the prices are very reasonable and they always seem to have a lot of stock for everyone including brand new items. Only thing is they shut at 4pm so you need to be quick if going after work etc.

All VERY close together so it is easy to find something in a different size if the shop you're in does not have one. Warehouse is quite expensive to me, although I generally quite like their tailored looks and lace this season I find £50 min for a dress quite pricey so generally shop in sales here which are quite good and they have some great reductions. Warehouse does not do shoes apart from flip flops in summer. They stock a nice range on jewellery and often reduce it all to a pound in the sakes. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and polite and always offer advice if you need it.

In Warehouse I find I can easily find well priced clothing which will suit both daily wearing and more dressy occassions. This is not one of the bigger branches of Warehouse but the choice and stock levels have always seemed good.
