There is a Barnes and Noble as an anchor store. The one by me is long gone. The Best Buy here is now vacant. They have many good food options. We were here for the Savor Bowie event. Seemed like 100+ vendors were lining the Main Street. Still, lots of of free parking option available in the back lots. Stores don't open until noon on Sundays from what I noticed. Many restaurants didn't have breakfast options except First Watch, of course.

They all look like cookie cutter examples from the original. The only difference, the stores held within. This location does seem to be fairing well when compared to other locations. Obviously not as good as outlet malls, but still holding its own. I was surprised by the amount of stores, but the lack of foot traffic. I came on a Sunday and there was hardly anyone here. Those that were coming were running into a single store and heading out. It doesn't seem that far fetched to have an area like this be busy. But I think that most people are straying away from shopping centers like this. The mix of stores didn't really compliment one another and if you wanted to go to other stores in the center you have to go away from the town center portion. I am sure that when it is warmer this is a more vibrant place, but places like this aren't that magically in the colder months.

There is plenty of parking but if going to multiple stores you will be criss crossing the parking lot in your car. Also, be careful and alert in the lot. There are wannabe Nascar drivers here. Overall, I go here all the time and I like it. There is a Well Fargo Bank across the street. A Golden Corral is about 7 minutes away. Have fun!

When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!

I forget the anchor store name, Arlens or something. Then it was replaced by Giants (not the grocery store) and then Sears. A bowling alley was in the back but attached to the mall with a number of small shops that come and gone. Gone are the barber shops. Gone is Sunny's, a gift shop (I use to work there), gone is the Sports shop. Today, the mall has be completely replaced and turned into a rather large strip mall. Giant's, the grocery store is the biggest store there. It is rather nice. A smaller strip mall was built in the front with a number of small shops. The shopping center was made for Bowie residence since out of towners would not need to drive here since nothing out of the ordinary can be found here. Parking like most Bowie shopping centers must have been designed by the same idiot. Only a couple of funnel entrances with stop signs placed in the strategically wrong places. Plenty of parking in the main center area and none for the little strip mall in the front.

But today I lucked up and found the Blueberry Cheesecake croissants that I was looking for, a few weeks ago! The bakery finally got the molds to make them and I hope these are here to stay! *inserts yelpie foodie dance* You get a pack of 8 for $13 and it's a great buy! Came home popped one in the air fryer for about 3 mins and boy oh boy! I shared with my hubbie- but next time I'll just warm 2....hahahaaa!!!! The staff are nice and friendly. I can tell they work hard! Gas selection is okay. There is regular and premium only. The price is great hence why the lines are long. I hate waiting but I do save money on gas and other necessities.

I think you can find most of your shopping needs, except groceries, in here.
