After state police called to get my son's car towed at 3am after he it a deer, Bill went beyond the call of duty to make sure my son was safe and even brought him to the airport. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have a monopoly in the area. My son just wrecked his truck he is charging $600 from Clendenin to elkview. Before he even loaded the truck up onto his truck he told my son the bill was probably going to be more than $500 he might as well just bring the title because the truck isn't worth what the tow bill would be. My son Blue book the truck when it was running said it was 1500. Nothing is broke on the outside it's a little busted up underneath. He's claiming Mitch is claiming it is totaled they pulled it up on the road back didn't have to special winch it or nothing. Try telling me on the phone that it's not worth the tow bill it's got two light bars, still got his Cadillac converter, the truck is not busted up so it's worth parts. The headlights are aftermarket they look like bumblebee headlights so I'm going to bet that the headlights are worth a couple hundred dollars he's not in the business of junking cars or selling it out for parts he's in the business of helping people my ass. So people if you wreck your car don't let him f****** gym dog you into selling your wrecked car for a few hundred bucks because it might be worth more shoot your Catalytic converters probably worth a lot more than cuz he's going to jack that two bill up to get your car. Update: he charged my some 600 dollars. Refused to take it to my house which was only 10 miles away,So he charged my son for having another person with him. Like another worker. He is 100%a crook. Then you got headlights which on my son's Ford ranger he had aftermarket headlights with light bars in them he had a $200 light bar on the top 150 light bar in the middle. This guy will act like your best friend! He seems like a cool nice old country guy. When he actually is trying to scam people and the insurance companies. Told me it would be over $225 to tow a vehicle less than a mile away. Then told my father it would be $440 on the next phone call and that he would not take check or credit cards..... CASH ONLY!!! We called AAA to get our car towed to auto shop and AAA called Mitchell towing. When they towed my car they damaged the front of it!!! I contacted AAA & they said we would have to contact customer service. When we did, they contacted Mitchell and they sent 2 women out to look at our car. They verified that there was damage on the front of the car caused by their tow truck. They told us to call them to set up an appointment to bring the car in to get it fixed. After they left, about 30 minutes later They called and said Mitchell was Not Going To Fix It!!! We were Shocked since they had just told us they could see that their tow truck had damaged our car!!! You could see the damage!!! They had lied and said over the phone that she talked to Mitchell owner and he said there was no way they could have damaged our car and they refused to fix what they Damaged!!!
