Our water heater wasn't getting enough power, and we noticed an active crackling sound coming from the external disconnect box. Gazmir arrived promptly and immediately identified the root causes: a melted switch, an overcrowded metal box that was too small for the heavy wiring, and a completely ungrounded setup. He expanded the box to give the wires the proper breathing room, safely grounded the unit, and installed a brand-new heavy-duty switch. Our hot water is back on and working perfectly, and more importantly, our home is safe.
