Great little cafe and specialty grocer! My husband and I stopped here while we were in town staying at Burntside Lodge. We got coffee, fruit, pastries, and soup to go. This is the perfect place for someone with food allergies/gluten free/vegan or even just someone who wants some healthy options. Good selection of fresh organic produce, snacks, and regular groceries in the market section. I would definitely come back and eat in the cafe. Such a cute little hole in the wall!

Delicious food! I had premade hummus wrap and also ordered a cup of carrot cumin lime soup. The sandwich was $9.00 and came with chips and fruit, and the soup was $3.00. Everything I had was delicious! My sister ordered a flatbread which was also super tasty and cost $12. The store part of the cafe is also neat, kind of like a little co-op! I will come pack here for more!

I wish I had something like this near me (I probably do but Organic Roots just feels different and honest).

My favorite company to buy quality coconut products from!…read more I virtually only use grassfed butter or coconut oil for cooking at home now. The wilderness family naturals coconut oil is hands down the best I've ever used. Their oil is centrifuge extracted, virgin, raw, and organic. It's smooth not grainy or chunky, which is great for home body care. It's also completely odorless and does not impart any coconut flavor, in other words I can fry eggs in it. I also like the coconut spread for adding healthy fat to smoothies. I use their coconut chips to make homemade coconut milk, and coconut flour to make gluten free pastries. Their prices are BEYOND reasonable for the quality, online ordering is easy, shipping is super fast, customer service is amazing and their website if FULL of great information. They also have soaked nuts and soaked nut butter, plus other quality products like olive oils, vinegars, live cultures, sprouting kits, and sooooo much more for those following a "Whole Food", "Real Food", "Traditional Food" lifestyle. Worth it!

I have been using their Coconut oil for about 5 years now. It is the best that I have found! and…read morebought several large and many smallers jars to give as gifts. I have friends from Egypt and when I gave them a large one they got so excited as they know what kind of coconut oil is top notch and remarked right a way......"Oh!, and it's 'Cold pressed!' That is the Best kind!" I feed it to my dog who has digestive problems and it really helps! She gets a very shiny black coat when she gets it regularly! She always comes begging, after my shower, as she smells when I open the jar and she knows that I use it on my skin, ALL over, after showers and on my face every night! I fry with it, add it to Mitzy's dog food, rub it into my leather purse and boots as it works like mink oil, only better, and makes the leather soft, supple and really soaks in more evenly and is much more pleasant to apply and then my hands get the benefit & are in GREAT shape too. I also put al little in my hair when I am in the sun.
