Yawn. Our latest experience with Redback involved the purchase of 1 tonne of sand for our nephew's sandpit. I got a bad feeling when my brother-in-law told me it sounded like a young child had taken the order for the delivery including his credit card details over the phone. This bad feeling only grew when the order didn't show up at the agreed upon time. Finally, my brother-in-law called up Redback and it turned out they had mistaken the delivery date. They also had no record of the payment being made. Fortunately, they handled the mix up well and a delivery truck filled with sand arrived within the hour. The tonne of sand cost $250 including delivery fee. Helpful Hint: This isn't advertised on the website but I saw on their giant billboard that if you 'like' them on facebook, you can get a 10% discount.
