I have family that live here, and on a recent visit I found myself blown away with the beauty of the development. First, let's talk about that pool. The backdrop of palm trees and Florida sun is just heaven. The pool is so lovely and as my aunt informs me, usually empty. And the jacuzzi? I was in my own personal heaven. My aunt's house is simply gorgeous. From the outside it looks smallish but once I got in there I was shocked with the size and beautiful layout. I could take up residence in her bathroom if I wanted to. It's that roomy and well appointed. There are lots of other wonderful amenities in the development as well...club house, gym, tennis courts, etc. visiting this place inspired me to open an IRA so I can retire here! read more

Bad experience! A security man has no uniform on, full of tattoos on his arms, very rude. Every resident s scared of him. A prop manager works together with him so when a resident complains no one can help, no one reports a resident complaint. My barcode never works I have to wait until someone notices me in the front of the gate. I used to live there that's what urged me to leave. Very bad security company and management read more

Yes we had some problem for a short time with the entry system. It is now fixed. People here are friendly, nice and neiborly. The new clubhouse renovation is beautiful. Clubs and events are good. The community is beautiful. Visitors always cvompliment. The poolis lovely and the staff is competent and seems to listen and take action as needed. In a recent HOA Homeowners meeting the Board of directors received a thunderous applause. Come on in and visit us. read more
