Since my first visit, I have been to Josh Mac's about 5 times so far, and they have been consistently fantastic. Josh Mac's offer a grill, American/fusion type menu, with loads of delicious dishes on offer to suit anyone's taste, such as burgers, pasta, chicken dishes, fish dishes, and a Veggie menu too. Each time I have been I've got something different and it's been just amazing. It's hard to choose, but I'd say my favourite so far was the Piri piri chicken quesadilla. Most of their mains come with two sides, and unusually for me, I struggled to finish this, but it was worth every bite! The braised Cajun rice and coleslaw were the perfect accompaniments. It's a very pleasant experience to sit in Josh Mac's, with great decor and really spacious and airy inside, with massive windows which are great for watching the world go by. I've always been seated quickly any time I have been there and the staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant (and importantly the bathrooms!) are spotlessly clean. Definitely a must visit!

The staff were mostly on the younger side and both helpful and friendly, so it is a pleasure to visit. As for the food itself it was great and a real standout. I was really glad to see this coffee shop open a few months ago. Creed is surrounded by glass walls so you can see inside the relaxed and tastefully decorated shop as you drive past, however the lighting inside is muted so you can see everything comfortable without it being intrusive. I finally visited for a cup of tea with a friend about 6 weeks after it opened, and the experience was great. In the area where the shop is, there are two other businesses, a flooring shop and a pizza takeaway. There is enough parking to cover the three as long as things don't get too busy, and it's a short walk from the front door. We got a seat no problem when we arrived, and got served straight away. I just had the berry tea which came served in an infuser, and it was beautiful, my friend had a coffee. We didn't eat this time, but I saw a fantastic range of pastries, tray-bakes and sandwich options, so will definitely make a point of going back for food soon, particularly as I follow them on Facebook, and the salads they post up look absolutely divine! They also have some really comfy leather couches, great if you aren't in a rush and want to just chill out and watch the world go by.

Used to be on a Friday night my friends and I would get the vodka in, go to the video store and rent a movie, then head to The Crescent for a good old dirty chippy. Ah those were the days!
