Unfortunately, that trust has been lost due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and transparency we have experienced. After our taxes were prepared, we discovered there was a significant difference between the refund amount we were originally told and what was reflected by the IRS. We immediately reached out multiple times by phone and text asking for an explanation and simply requesting communication. We were not asking for anything unreasonable we just wanted answers and an understanding of what happened. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, we still have not received any direct communication, phone call, or explanation. We were later informed through an email that our tax return had been amended, but we were never given a clear explanation of what was changed, why it was changed, or any opportunity to discuss the situation beforehand. This has been extremely disappointing and stressful. When you trust someone with something as important as your taxes, you expect honesty, professionalism, and communication. Unfortunately, that is not the experience we have had. We made every effort to resolve this privately and gave multiple opportunities for communication. We simply wanted answers and transparency, but we continue to be left without an explanation. Future clients deserve a tax professional who values communication, keeps clients informed, and takes their concerns seriously. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this tax preparer. I truly hope this review encourages her to communication so we can finally resolve this matter. We never wanted it to get to this point. A simple courtesy call or honest explanation could have prevented a lot of frustration. The very nice rep explained that 17 was a great number considering they helped THOUSANDS of people. And that the nature of their business was prone to complaints from people that couldn't get funded, but I didn't have to worry about that because I was already READY TO BE FUNDED. That the $3,500 was just like a down payment for a car. or house loan. They just needed to see that I had an investment in it. It has been almost 5 MONTHS later, NO MONEY! They just finally told me today, after they have been stringing me along, that they WONT REFUND ANY MONEY! I'M OUT $3,500 and of course NO LOAN! PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!

This is hilarious, because I have been working with a legitimate company for internet services for over a year. The most rude, unprofessional, and impolite customer service I ever spoke to in my entire life…read more I paid for a registered agent package today and then I noticed they offer mail forwarding services. so I started a live chat to enquire about what's included in the services, specifically scanning, as it's not clear on the website. The customer support on the live chat does not even greet you with Hi or Hello and they went on closing the chat and mark it as resolved without providing the full details. So I called, my question was simple: what's the difference between the virtual office package and the mail forwarding package as they both provide an address you can use to forward mails. the person on the phone said there is no real difference except the virtual office give you a lease agreement and includes all mailing and scanning fees. It was strange as the pricing is way different, so I went and confirmed with this person multiple times and I said so if I just need an address to forward mails coming to my business then I will juse use the mail forwarding service as I won't need the office lease agreement and she said yes. I was still skeptical, I went back to the live chat and asked if it's true that that's the only difference between the 2 plans? and the live chat person said no, the mail forwarding can only be used for things like state filings. So now I'm even more confused and I said why the person on the phone said that the only difference is the lease agreement and the fees? they go: oh everything is explained on our website?? like what?? nO IT'S NOt, the website is super confusing and thats the reason why Im wasting all this damn time trying to figure things on my own. So they ended by: you better call us. So I called again and the person on the phone was HYSTERICAL. she was oh we went through this already and you went to ask the same question on the chat, I explained to you many times bla bla bla bla. she was super hysterical and super unprofessional like she was speaking to her boyfriend not to a business customer. Then she confessed, that no the mail forwarding package cannot be used with banks etc, so I said why did you tell me there is no difference then?? I tried to be patient and listened to her and then everytime I started to speak, she goes on interrupting me again and go on HYSTERIC MODE again. Extremely irritating and confusing service and the most incompetent, unprofessional and childish customer service I ever dealt with. I'm not even going to use this clown company for my registered agent services. I'm a very patient and calm person and rarely I get so irritated by someone, but this was the most horrible interaction I ever had in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THIS IS MY WORD.

I had a phone conversation with her which went really well. Had a good feeling about her. She seemed like a really nice professional women. Long story short she needed some statements from my bank account and credit card account business account. I sent all of those to her never heard anything back from her which as a potential Client ghosting somebody after they just gave bank statements then ghost them is not a good feeling. This puts a lot of worry on us business owners maybe it's a scam oh my gosh, she has my information, etc.. I text her on multiple occasions to get in touch. She's ignoring me. She even put me on mute silence her notifications on her phone for me so I'm leaving this here to inform the rest of you about this situation. I will attach photos below.
