It took over two weeks after I contacted them (and after work stopped on my roof) to tell me the issue that resulted in work stoppage, which I could have resolved in 3 days had I known. In the meantime, a rain shower washed roofing material into my pool and I had a leak in my ceiling, which is now stained. Of course, their contract disclaims any responsibility for painting, caulking, clean-up, etc.
