Being a Plumbing & Heating contractor, I am sure my system is not nearly as intricate as most of their clients but that does not take away from the care and concern that is delivered when I have a problem. Like any business owner, lost time is lost money. When I came in this morning, my server and email was down. After trying the basic troubleshooting that I knew, I sent Microtask a message and, as always, they came through with flying colors. Within no time, I had a phone call and the problem was resolved quickly and easily. Even as the problem surfaced, I never worried as Microtask has proven that when they are needed, they are the best in the business. Paul - Kew Forest Plumbing & Heating Inc.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this accountant and would not recommend her…read morebased on my experience. For the first few years, our relationship was very remote, but when we started a business, we met with her in person for the first time regarding our 2024 tax return. At that time, she recommended that we switch our business to an S corporation and told us that she would handle the payroll and required filings. Those things were never done. When it came time to deal with our 2025 taxes, I repeatedly tried to reach her and could not get a response. I ultimately had to file my own extension because I could not get in touch with her. I even went to her office in person because I felt that was the only way I was going to be able to speak with her. I recently showed up for a scheduled appointment, only to be told directly that she could not commit to doing my taxes. The issue for me isn't simply that she couldn't take on the work. It's the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism throughout the process. If you recommend a particular business structure and agree to handle the related payroll and filings, I expect those commitments to be followed through on--or at the very least, communicated clearly if circumstances change. Instead, I experienced repeated unresponsiveness, had to chase her down myself, and was ultimately left without the tax services I had been expecting. After years of working with her, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring an accountant to make sure they are clear about what services will actually be provided and how reliably the accountant communicates with clients.
