Several years ago I had Pergo hardwood floors installed in the hallway, living room and dining room. Now that I had new kitchen cabinets installed I needed to have the same flooring throughout. Home Depot measuring/installer came out and gave us a bid but I wasn't real confident with him. The wife and hammer were on time, professional and easy to talk with. I felt comfortable having them in my home and was not concerned that they were going to steal something or take advantage of me. Since their bid was comparable to Home Depot I figured I would give them a shot. They did a great job. They were professional and got the job done quickly. I was very pleased. I have some tiling to do and will give them a call to do the install soon. Just so you know they are also on the Home Depot handyman list.

The weekend before the appointment, my husband reached out to ask if there had been any cancellations and whether an earlier appointment might be available. Unfortunately, that message never received a response. On the day of our scheduled appointment, we sent a message to confirm our 9:30 a.m. appointment. Natalie responded and informed us that the parts needed for the tint had not yet arrived and asked to push the appointment back a few hours. We understood and agreed to the delay. Later that day, after not hearing any updates, we reached out again for a status update but received no response. At that point, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. While I ended up paying about $100 more, I felt it was worth it to work with a business that communicated clearly and valued my time. I understand that delays and unexpected issues can happen in any business. However, timely communication is essential, especially when customers have scheduled appointments and have arranged their day around them. As business owners ourselves, we believe professionalism, communication, and respect for our customers' time are fundamental to providing a positive customer experience.
