They never helped me, billed me for $300 and when I called to ask them what was up, they set my retainer fee to $3000. I asked if they would be able to take it from the lump sum afterwards, they declined. So basically i retained absolutely no service with the death of my father and they charged me $3300 and sent it off to the creditors not a week later. The junior lawyer who did this to me no longer works there, but they still have no interest in helping me in any way shape or form other than helping themselves to $3300 of my hard earned dollars.
