Such a bad service!! They do not deliver the shipment to us with an excuse that they do not have my phone number, but i received an SMS from them. They did not come to my home address and returned the shipment. The story is repeated for the 2nd time!!! read more

I sent a parcel from the UK using Parcel force part of Royal Mail. I paid £74 for 3 day delivery. However, Parcel force used FED EX to send my small package a gift. Fed Ex sent it to MNG for delivery within Turkey. MNG Kargo sent us a letter informing us of incorrect details on the package. They wanted handling costs and they wanted taxes for the item. But before all of this They refused to acknowledge the recipients names as real names. the Parcel being addressed to MR and Mrs C Cirak. Therefore before we could even get the parcel we had to prove we were who we were and pay MNG 67lira and then pay another 300lira for handling totaling £174. After which they have informed us we might get the parcel in 5 to 10 days. This company is not part of customs and excise and in fact customs charge a hell of a lot less. This company makes its money by abusing the system and basically holding parcels to ransom. Companies like FED EX and Parcel Force will continue to damage their reputations using these money grabbing thieves. I plan to fight this in the UK and have already instructed a lawyer to investigate these fraudulent actions by this company. read more
