Possibly destroyed a family heirloom. Embroidered the names incorrectly, wrong colored thread, different font sizes, crooked. I could go on and on I'm heartbroken and hoping I can find someone to fix it. The worst part is she refused to give me a refund was rude and blamed me for giving her the wrong information!
