I was stranded and my mechanic recommended I call MNS Towing to tow my SUV to his shop. I called and they were very nice but said it would be 45 minutes. They never asked for my name, credit card, phone number. They just asked me to text them the address. I did so with no response. After waiting 90 min, twice the time they said, I texted and asked for an ETA with no response. After waiting 2 hours, I called and the same guy answered and said I'm sorry, let me check with him to see when he will be there and I will call you right back. Still didn't ask for a number. After 30 min of waiting for a call back I called agaim but no answer. At the 3 hour mark, I called another company who had multiple drivers available and they got one on the way while they took all my info down. They were very professional. I tried calling MNS back 3 times to tell them to cancel but they would not answer. They finally replied to my google review claiming it must have been a miscommunication or misunderstanding. How is not responding to texts, not calling back when you say you will, not answering not once but 5 times a misunderstanding or miscommunication???? Its horrible business practices is what it is. If you commit to the job, you do the job or you call back and explain. Sorry but there was absolutely NO excuse for saying you are coming and then never showing up and not calling, responding to text or answering the phone. And if something did happen, then you call and apologize at the first opportunity. I would get out and push my vehicle before ever calling this service again! read more

This place illegally towed my dead fathers truck from their employees (RYAN MACK Who was supposed to be my son's best friend) home that said that he would take care of it until I got back and all my personal belongings including my parents ashes were thrown out.. When I asked about it, this place told me that the police towed the truck, and when I called the police they said that know that the MNS towing had did it and you see they put that LLC behind their name so nobody can sue them... how nice for a "FAMILY BUSINESS" huh Oh and to top it off the employee rides around smoking a dab pen... maybe the reason for the LLC? This company doesn't give out the right paperwork for cars they sell and they tell you that they have cars and trucks for sale and you drive 100 mile to look at them and do not show up at the time you agree to meet! They sold a car to my friend and 5000 and now they refuse to take call from them because they didn't do the paperwork right and they can't register it with the state . This company towed from my apartment complex when i have a parking pass clearly in the front window. It took 2 1/2 hrs to get someone to meet me to pick up my car. They were driving a vehicle that had NO tag (probably one they had towed). I have filed a formal complaint with public commision and will sue them if nessesary to get my $280. The literal scum of the earth. We called to get a car towed from our reserved spot that we pay for every month. They told us that they needed to see the lease, which we had. We tried calling back, and it went straight to voicemail for over 2 hours. We stopped trying after that. They have no problem towing anyone else from a spot without a tag, but when some parks in YOUR reserved spot, they need proof??? Get the fu** out of here. These pieces of s*it were also featured on the news back in 2018 for predatory towing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Be very aware of them. Hopefully, they lose their business license ASAP. Mns towing is by far the fastest and best tow company based out of Colorado Springs. I was broke down in the middle of academy during rush hour time and they were able to get to me in less than 20 minutes with more then reasonable pricing. The owner of the company and his workers are all very nice. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone! read more

They towed me out of an apartment complex in a parking spot that doesn't clearly say I need a parking pass to park there and now I have to pay $280 to get my car back after being towed less than a mile and it being held for 3 hours. There should not be any more than 1 star on these guys. Dispatch lady is rude and unprofessional(even hung up on me cause I made a joke. She wanted me to give a 15min "courtesy call" to let drivers know I was coming, so i mentioned how they gave a courtesy to let me know they were going to tow my truck.) Driver and passenger of tow truck are idiots. They are predators waiting, and they give no warning. Took my truck to my friends house yesterday for the first time. The HOA put a 10pm curfew for cars parked on the street even though they don't give big enough driveways to park more vehicles. I have a lung disease and couldn't park on the main street and walk 3/4 a mile to my truck. My friends daughters birthday was yesterday so I was there to celebrate with them. Literally 15 minutes after curfew I was leaving and my truck was clean gone no signs anyone had been there. They had to of hooked up and when the clock struck 10:01 pulled away. instead of locking my steering wheel they tied the drivers seat belt to my steering wheel. which they shouldn't have been inside my truck in the first place, which was locked, so they must have used a slimjim. Then when I picked my truck up at 403 N Circle drive where their impound lot is they proceeded to tell me that my truck has been there multiple times which is a lie cause I typically take my wife's SUV, not once have I taken my truck on that property. These guys are a joke, if you have respect for people as a company, don't hire them to be your tow service. If you are a customer don't use them for any towing needs. read more
