Subject: Delivery Complaint - Order US74871540…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my Puma order US74871540, associated with FedEx tracking number 517676483751. Although FedEx lists this package as "delivered," I did not receive it, and there is no proof of delivery, no photo, and no confirmation that it was delivered to my address. FedEx's website displays two separate delivery entries for the same tracking number, each showing a different delivery date. Neither entry includes a delivery photo or any verifiable confirmation that the package was delivered to my residence. On Puma's tracking page, the same tracking number shows a delivery exception--an update that does not appear on FedEx's site. These conflicting and inconsistent tracking updates raise serious concerns about the accuracy of the shipment information and the handling of my order. Despite the "delivered" status, the package never arrived. I have thoroughly checked my property and contacted FedEx, but no resolution has been provided. I contacted Puma on Saturday, May 23, and again on Tuesday, May 26, and was told I needed to wait three days before filing a delivery issue. When I called on May 27 to file the claim, I was informed that because FedEx created a duplicate tracking entry, I now must wait based on the second delivery date (May 24), even though both entries show "delivered" and neither includes a delivery photo--unlike my previous FedEx deliveries. Because the package was never delivered, and because the tracking information is contradictory, duplicated, and unsupported by proof of delivery, I am requesting a full refund for order US74871540.
