I had a good experience with the dealership. They have a beautiful new facility and I happened to be there on a stormy day. They took extra care to move cars inside before closing for the night. I bought a car and was out in about two hours. Great experience. I drove 2.5 hours to get to the dealership. My salesman was Calvin Vilt and he was quite helpful before my visit, answering questions about the vehicle and he had the car ready for a test drive. He was very accomodating and took care of my questions and the process moved at the pace I was comfortable with. read more

My new Jeep that was under 1,000 was acting up. Since I live in Moberly, I thought that it would be more convenient to have them look at it since it's local. Oh, how I was mistaken! I called and they refused to look at my car due to me not buying it from them. I then called Jim Butler where I bought my car from and they recommended me to call my nearest dealership to help. Yeah, been there done that. They then recommended that I call Chrysler. I called Chrysler and they also told me to call my local dealership. Hmm... I'm sensing a theme here. I told them how Moberly Motors refused to look at it and they were like, "how rude!" They tell me to call Moberly Motors again and they said it was going to be two weeks before they would look at my car. And the person who I was speaking to had to make a comment about how if I rented a car from them I would have to pay but if i bought my Jeep from them it would have been free. Give me a break. I called Jim Butler back, they offered to tow it for free and they got me in the same day even though they are an hour and a half away. And they fix it no deal because it was under warranty. read more
