I had 2 cars that needed the front windshield replaced and called around to find someone that could do it same day. When I called this guy he said he could be out here in an hour and gave me a great price for both cars. I thought the price he gave me was for just one car but he stated no it's for both. I told him come and replace them, he did a fast and great job. He will be on my speed dial as his price was so good and he drove over an hour to come to my location to repair 2 cars. They came out the same day as I called, arrived about 7 mins. early and got right to work. They not only transferred and re-affixed to my new windshield, my inspection sticker but also my next oil change sticker which was not expected. They were very professional. I walked out of work to a shattered passenger window. I called the company around 430p, provided the necessary information and received a quote and an appointment in less than 5 minutes. He was not able to complete the service on the same day due to projected rain but scheduled the appointment the following day at 10am. He arrived an hour early and performed the service in 39 minutes start to clean up. He is professional and experienced. His van came equipped with everything that was needed to perform the service. He truly was amazing!! I was provided with different options of payment and a receipt of the invoice. The out of pocket cost was less than my insurance deductible which was another bonus. read more

First rate service; couldn't be happier. A rock chipped my windshield over the weekend and I called them first thing Monday morning. I received a quote from Safelite, and not sure what a good price was, I thought I'd call Mobil Auto Glass next. Wouldn't you know they quoted me LESS THAN HALF of what Safelite offered. They stopped by that day; I asked if they could come after 3pm and was told they'd be there between 3-4pm. She showed up at 3:15. The work was quick and nothing short of amazing. I am absolutely glad I found them. I took a chance based off their previous reviews on Google, and the other reviewers definitely knew what they were talking about. Like so many others, I Googled a windshield repair company and found Mobil Auto Glass. After putting in my info, Marvin called me the next day and we scheduled a date and time. The owner seems to be friendly and accommodating. The technician did a horrible quality installation, tried to convince me it should be that way with a straight face. He got angry, but agreed to fix the issues. Failed at it. Then finally was able to fix most of it, but not all. Scratched the paint next to the wind shield. When all you do is windshields and it's your bread you should be able to do the job right. Not with these guys. Rude. Unprofessional. Stay away! read more

No matter how many times you delete my review, I will still post it again until it stays on yelp forever. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I never write any review on yelp but I know this time I gotta do it. They use terrible cheap glasses. I paid $228 for the front windshield glasses replacement and the new glasses cracked the 2nd day by itself. I called to the company and they said nothing they can do for me unless I'm willing to pay another $228 to start everything all over again which is ridiculous. At the end I spent $230 to another company to come and fix their job, the guy said this company don't even know how to install the glasses properly. They use very strong glue to glue my windshield pillow on my car without properly mounting the glasses. The new company spent almost 4 hours just to remove all the glue before he can help me to replace another good front windshield glasses. Avoid from this unprofessional company. The $228 that I paid them is a total loss. read more

I'll save you the headache of dealing with this company. I called asking for quotes and the person I was speaking to tells me $198.00 for parts and labor with a lifetime warranty for any defects. I continued shopping around and I receive a call back from them saying that if I book an appointment with them for the very next day, they would drop the price to $185.00. I told them I would call them back after discussing it with my wife. I called them back within 15 minutes and began setting up an appointment, I asked them if they accepted credit cards and he tells me that their machine is down. I asked him if I would be able to get the same deal when their machine was running, he says he will accept a credit card over the phone but I have to pay $196.80. I asked him why he changed the price and he says I charge all of my customers that price for using a credit card. After a minute of talking, he tells me that he would change it to $194.00. I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager or owner and he tells me that he is the owner, in a rude manner. I told him that he has horrible customer service and he replies back, "If you give me $300 or $400, I wouldn't accept your business." I then told him how I really felt and hung up on him. Overall opinion, don't spend your money on someone who can't keep their word on a set price. read more

I needed a side window replaced and between other repairs on the car, the weather and other stuff, my time to get the window installed kept changing. Mobil Auto Glass was patient, helpful, and customer oriented. When it all came together, an exceptionally thorough professional arrived at my house, on fairly short notice, and did a superb installation that went far beyond simply putting in a new window. The way the installation was done, the way that he checked and double checked that everything was working with the window, the electric controls and the rest of the system was impressive.
