I had to ask her to please put it in a bag, I don't know how she expected I'd carry it all and I had alcohol that by state law is required to be concealed in a bag. I told him the transmission went out and we can't move it. They have five other pumps and I've seen one other car in 15 minutes. He was very nasty. I told him he was not being very nice. He told me I could not talk to him that way...he was not my servant. He obviously was not happy a woman did not go as he said. Do not go here.

You have to go inside to get your Kroger discount. The owner evidently is too cheap to update his pumps, or doesn't know how to configure the pumps so it can be done at the pump, the way EVERYONE else does it. The attendant took my Kroger card and then asked for me to swipe my credit card. There was no discount on the receipt. She handed me my card back and a slip with Krogers fuel points 1-800 number. I spoke over the phone to her manager (both are clearly not native to Peoria area) and he had ZERO concerns on how this was handled. I have sent an email to Shell Co. and filed a complaint with the BBB. Dishonesty will not stand.
