I had no reason to switch until I met my neighbors who said I was crazy and likely wasting money every month. The people on the phone were super nice but my neighbors reactions made me investigate. In short time I saved an embarrassing amount of money by utilizing a local oil cooperative. Today, a year or so later I needed my annual service done and thought to continue giving at least that business to the local Holliston company since they services my boiler once since I stopped buying oil from them. When I called the person said "no problem, we can likely get someone out there this afternoon". He then put me on hold. The Manager or owner then picks up the phone and the conversation goes like this: Him "are you looking to become a customer again" Me "in what regard"? Him "well you don't purchase your oil from me any more. I have an email from you right here that says to suspend your deliveries" Me "correct, in that same email I explain that I've been able to save significant costs by finding a much more competitive rate. Wait, do you refuse to service oil burners for consumers who do not purchase their oil from you"? Him "yeah, we're a full service company and only provide service to customers who buy oil from me" in a very jaded and pompous tone. Me "ok, thanks I'll move on" Him "yeah, good luck" I hope you find this review helpful. I don't need my oil delivery and repair service company to be at a premium. My delivery since moving from them has been so easy and very competitive. All done online with great back up customer support. The deliveries are still from local surrounding companies too. A full service company to me means you provide a wide array of product/services, not that you will only sell them combined, that's just poor business acumen. "Good luck"

I stopped in this morning for a car wash. I've never tried this one before so I was kind of…read moreexcited to see how good it is and what they offered. I drove to the right of the store and entered the narrow driveway to the rear to enter the car wash. I did this kind of instinctively never having been there before and with out the aid of signage or at least easily observable signage. As I drove the narrow drive behind the store I noticed a man standing behind the building smoking a cigarette (don't even get me started about that safety issue). I approached the remote pay/option kiosk in front of the car wash entrance and got ready to put my c.c. in to pay when I noticed a sign flashing across the lcd screen saying "car wash is out of order". After a minute of rattling off a flurry of cuss words I composed myself and tried to figure out how to extract myself from this predicament. There was no way to back into any kind of turn around spot so I was forced to back out the entire driveway of curves and straightaway's until reaching the front of the building and the gas pumps. The same gentleman was still puffing on his cigarette as I backed out and I said "thanks for telling me it was out of order on my way in" I got no reply, he just stared at me as if to say he didn't understand what I meant. Once back out of the maze I looked carefully around for signage that I must have missed thinking that if I did miss the big sign saying Out of Order I'm a total A-hole. Nothing, not one sign to alert would be patrons of the situation ahead. I would not recommend this gas station/car wash to my worst enemy... well maybe.

Your only choices are the "Millis Gas and Service Center", which I haven't been to but wouldn't suggest, or the Mobil with all the perks you could ever think of (except for full service). Between the gas station, vacuum / air area, convenience store and the actual gas station this place has it all. You can clean your car, wash your car, fill up your car, and get snacks for your car. The guy working inside (where did I see him before?!?!) when I came through was friendly, helpful and energetic, always a pleasant surprise. The store itself is large, and is just a normal convenience store with add ons of a cool milkshake machine, beer and wine, and my personal favorite.... Ben&Jerry's! Great place to get any quick snack, gas, or a car wash. I'd stop back here over the only other gas station in town. 5 stars.

The attendent said" we don't do full serve gas anymore". We said" you should take down the full service sign". Come to find out through management, that they are still a full serve gas station. They wont be changing to self serve for about 2 weeks. The manager said he will speak to the attendant who was in that night. So disappointed, we really like the location of the station. It was unfortunate to have such an experience, since I am a loyal customer.

It was an old car, so of course rust will be present but to lie about it, hide it and try to upsell the car is crazy. I was snapped at, then not only belittled and treated as if I was delusional about there being rust but he was incredibly abrasive and rude. He then proceeds to say how there are "no problems",it passed the "safety check" and "it's and old car, you can't expect it to be perfect". Overall, do not trust the quality of the cars there. You never know if they just painted over everything and then inspected it themselves.
