They also never try to up charge me on any service and the price is competitive with other places around. They always do a great job vacuuming and topping everything off when I go in. Awful customer service. Guy at the desk is NEVER in a good mood. If I wasn't desperate I would've gone somewhere else because I already knew how they are. Bare minimum quick oil change at 9AM. And it's slowly leaking. When my car was done being serviced I asked to speak to the mechanic (who wasn't busy at all) to ask a simple question and I was brushed away. Absolutely horrible. Went in for an oil change and my car is leaking oil. Went back and they said it's the oil pan. Never had this problem before they touched it. They don't seem to care. I'm now contacting Corporate and will take them to court for the cost of fixing the damage they created. Don't go there. read more

I just went there for an inspection and was told that I needed wiper blades. Yes I did know that they should be changed. They said $30.00 told them that is kind of high. He said you need a special one for my car. Right then I just said forget put it on. They failed to tell me that was $30.00 each. Recently got an inspection and for some reason they unplugged my three channel dash-cam, while they had it back in the shop, forgetting to plug it back in, for me to discover. Dont bring your car here. I came here just to get an oil change and the owner told me they didn't have a oil filter no problem so I whent to auto zone and bought a full synthetic filter came back he said it wasn't the right one left again got the right filter and the owner refused to work on my car and was extremely unprofesional about it. He didn't even give me the time a day and didn't look at the filter and said he doesn't wanna work on my car. I then left whent to jiffy lube in mashpee in and out 10min and they used my filter with no problems. let me add that there was no one there when I came to Mobil one quick lube express the second time and the owner was pulling his suv in as I got there opened his car door and said I don't wanna work on your car with an attitude. Thsts not how you run a buisiness I'll never be going there again and this was my first time going there what a shameful buisiness. read more

I will never go to this place again been going for many years. Had a inspection sticker rejected . I was told had to drive 200 miles with out the check engine light coming on. I did that and when I was driving there to get it the light came on. Took to my Mechanic he was back logged because of Covid and all the stuff that he had going on so my car sat in his lot for over a month. Finally he fixed it it was the timing belt. I had to drive another 200 miles in order to get my sticker. Well with Covid I'm not driving very far. So by the time I brought my car back in it had been over 60 days so they wanted me to pay again. I said I don't feel I should have to pay again the guy just said fine I'll take the sticker off and walked away and ripped the sticker off my car. Not very good business. Very rude did not even want to hear any explanation I had. read more

I've been coming here since it was Walter's Tune & Lube, about 15 years. There has never been a problem. It's a little more expensive now, but I think that comes with the Mobile name. I've only ever had an oil change and they've never tried to up sell me or suggest anything outlandish. I'm a woman and they have never treated me any differently. I think that previous reviews are unfair. I have received great service each time I have come in for service and have witnessed others being treated fairly as I have waited, regardless of gender. I have replaced air filters based on their recommendation as well. Sometimes your filters need changing. They always show you the filter and you can refuse if you don't agree. read more

Brought in my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not use the correct torque and broke the wheel lock key and damaged a wheel lock. The manager lied about damaging the wheel lock, then when shown stated "It melted in there" (it did not and the pieces were easily removed), and blamed the key design. I now have to purchase a new wheel lock and key and pay for the removal of the damaged lock. No apology. No offer to replace. read more

I have gotten oil changes here a number of times, and service has always been quick and reliable. I like that this place is literally transparent in that a window separates the waiting area from the work area so you can keep an eye on your car while it is being worked on. The major downside of this business is that if you are a woman, the mechanics will try to sell you extra parts that you do not need (usually they try to push air filters). I have never seen this scam attempted with male customers, and I have been singled out when I was the only woman there with other male customers. Most recently they tried to sell me an air filter after having just replaced mine two visits before. I would have rated this a full five stars if it were not for this unsettling and discriminatory practice. I know the "crooked mechanic" problem is common, but the blatant targeting of women at this place really bothers me, and will unfortunately compel me to take my business elsewhere. read more

We have taken our cars here for many years for oil changes and minor service. Always very efficient. Inspections also done very quickly. Prices are the same as other service spots. Great place to go. read more

This place is awful...absolute hacks! Went to another place to get my oil changed and they found that my oil filter hasn't been changed in over a year. I have been going to Mobil consistently and regularly for my car. The oil filter change is included in the oil change and they never did it. Yes they are quick but it's because they aren't doing their job. They also failed my car for inspection but couldn't tell what the issue was. They just said that "it didn't look right." If you like your car DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my new car in for it's 1st oil change and left with a scratched car which they attempted to cover up with white paint that does not even match the pearl white paint. When i spoke to the owner of the shop he denied it happened there and said the dealer did it. I asked to see the video feed for that day and was told to come back another day. I waited one week and went back to view the video proving the employee scratched my car. The owner brought me to his office and left me me saying "i hope you are good with computers and can find it yourself"! I asked him to pull up the video and he then said "the video did not work that day"! So why did he tell me to figure it out myself then? First he had a video and then said he didn't. I stated i would have to take other measures to get my car fixed. He then pointed to the Wareham courthouse and said "do whatever you want"!! Nice way to treat a customer! Very rude. If you own a business you should back up your work and take care of the customer. I have already reported this shop on Twitter and Facebook. I wish i had known about the integrity of this shop before going there. So i will be letting others know not to go there. Very dishonest!!. Wish i had read the other reviews prior to going there. This is not the first time they have damaged a car and lied about it. read more
