Inside it's pretty much like any other gas station: prepared foods, nachos, hot coffee teas, rude people yelling at attendants, people speaking in Spanish rudely because it's close to Miami. They've got a gamut of specials throughout the store which seem to be pretty constant, but you'll need a Daily's membership card to get. The card will run you $2 but it's pretty worth it especially if you're getting gas here. They've got a car wash too which works pretty well for your token gas station car wash. It's located off of Dykes near Panera. It's a perfect location to get in, get out and get back on the road.

Fortunately, this location was only approximately a mile west of my appointment on Pines Blvd. and didn't require me to cross I-75. Pulled into the location and was a bit dismayed because a vehicle transport truck had taken up a significant portion of the lot making it difficult to maneuver. Nevertheless, I circled around to the pump, got my information entered, accepted my $0.05 off per gallon, pumped my gas and received my receipt all without having to venture inside. Then... I decided to go inside! LOL. Ran inside for a bottle of Gatorade and some skittles - breakfast fit for a queen! The cafe was bright, clean, and well stocked. The service attendant was polite and quickly completed my transaction. In and out in less than five minutes and on my way. This location has a car wash and a rear exit that allows you access to the plaza which hosts a BJ's Wholesale, Ethan Allen, Walgreens and more.

I wouldn't drive out of my way to come gas up at Costco but if I am in the area or nearby, it's definitely one of stops. I recommend this Costco location to others. Each time I visited I was not able to get my filters and domes because the hearing specialist was in the booth testing patients. After waiting for 30-45 minutes I had to leave. I know they are trying to cut back on staff, this is also cutting back on their customer service levels. I am so sorry that the receptionist position was eliminated in the hearing center. This has made a huge difference. Costco really should bring back the staff they need to do the job correctly.

I still receive excellent service from the longtime employees who have stayed despite the challenges of poor management. Unfortunately, the experience has changed. Recently, the manager, Carole, has taken a more visible role behind the counter. Not only does she rarely offer a smile or even a basic greeting, but she also seems more focused on her phone than on the customers in front of her. During a recent visit, I had to repeat my order because she was more engaged in her phone conversation than our interaction. This isn't the first time it's happened. Now, if I see her through the window, I simply turn around and take my business elsewhere. To the employees who continue to provide excellent service--Glenda, Grace, Mary and Mike--you're truly appreciated. And to Ellie-May and Sergio, who were exceptional but have since left due to poor management, know that you're missed by many of us. You deserve five stars.
