Other places would call Jonny's regular wash an "Exterior Detail" and charge twice as much. They do not do vacuum or clean windows if they are busy, and they usually are busy. However, I had our SUV detailed last there last month. I could have called a "Crime Scene Cleanup" crew or the company that cleans up New Orleans after Mardi Gras. But Jonny's group disinfected, scrubbed it clean and polished it to a diamond finish inside and out. If you have a high value vehicle or just want someone to clean your car better than you would do yourself, this is the place to go.

I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to.
