We needed a notary who could do a home loan closing for us, on very short notice, after regular business hours, so that we could overnight ship it to a title company in another state. They were the ONLY mobile notary service that could meet us on that short notice. They sent a very nice notary public who was experienced at handling loan documents, and ours were a doozy, thanks to a difficult lender. He met us at McDonald's at 9pm and stayed with us through 3 notarized copies and a venue change to FedEx/Kinkos when the McD's kicked us out at 11. He made what would easily have been a long, stressful, and tedious process actually a pleasant experience and I'm happy to say that our house purchase closed without a hitch! I live in Ohio and needed to get my birth certificate apostilled. I found out that you can't get any type of document apostilled unless it's from the state where the document originated at. In my case I was born outside of Houston, Texas so I needed to find a apostille service company to file my BC. for me since I don't live in Texas anymore.
