I made my first ever appointment through their webform and was surprised to receive a fast response. My only complaint is sometimes other guests in the shared (no walls, just curtains) spaces where you receive treatments are inconsiderate when they're leaving or dressing, and are noisy and I wish they would educate guests better about this.

The massage itself was just okay, but a massage usually feels pretty good even when it isn't the best. I felt like the technique was just not my preference. The facility is clean and charming. After the massage I was given tea and invited to relax before checking out. When I went to pay the credit card system was down. I had to walk to an ATM to get cash and come back. They were very apologetic but I still felt inconvenienced.
