I arrived 2 minutes late, due to traffic. She insisted that I "reschedule" for another day, since her 3:30 was there and waiting. While I fully understood that her 3:30 client had a right to that time slot, she could've just ask me to wait until she was done with them, and took me afterwards. She was nasty and very unprofessional.
