We purchased a camper in the fall of 2024. We are residents of Saskatchewan and want to register it in Saskatchewan. They charged us a registration fee and 15% HST (Newfoundland) and to date (9 months later) we have no registration. They have done nothing! HST was not supposed to be charged, only GST and the Saskatchewan PST of 6%. They are refusing to refund the PST portion of the HST (Newfoundland) so we can pay the Saskatchewan PST and register this camper. We don't see how they could have paid the taxes they collected as they are due when the camper is registered. Again, they didn't register it and supply us with a registration. I am currently building a website and will show all correspondence and documents between myself and Mobile Trailer showing their lack of knowledge and dishonesty.
