I requested a cleaning but they didn't call or show up. No refund either. Don't use!!

Now that I've moved out of the area...this man accepted my $ but never provided services/a refund. I purchased a gift card ($125) and when trying to schedule an appt to redeem, we were no showed/late cancelled on 4x in a row over several weeks. Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! Happy to take this review down if and only if a full refund is received. read more

On 12/16/24 I called and scheduled an appt for a car detail on 12/27/24 ag 8:30AM. After hearing the offers, I decided to go with the platinum package of $350 dollars. Mr. Neal said that if I paid in full that day, he would take $25 off the service. That afternoon, I sent the payment and he sent me an invoice. I let him know the name was incorrect on the invoice and he never sent me an updated one. We were still in contact so I wasn't worried. On 12/26 I sent a reminder text/making sure the following day at 8:30AM would still work. I didn't hear back until 12/27 afternoon saying he lost his phone and was out of time. I had grace and allowed him to reschedule the appointment. We scheduled for December 30th at 3pm. I texted him morning of, no response. He messages at 1:50 that afternoon saying the day before his car "blew up". By now it was clear he had bigger problems going on so I messaged him saying not to worry about it and to send my $ back for unrendered services. He has yet to do so and it's been 10 days. I've messaged him and his responses have been excuses and borderline threatening. He has stopped responding altogether now. read more

So yesterday I spilled 2 large frappes in my car on the floor. These 2 drinks spilled as if there were no lids on these cups. They just poured out on my car floor!! I was so worried about my car smelling like spoiled milk. I reached out to Mobile works immediately and they were here with in the hour.
