if only I could leave a zero star review. They are so friendly when they sell you the car but when the door that opens with the ramp falls off when you are on vacation and you find out the track was completely rusted and there was nothing holding the door in place. Both doors gave us problems opening and closing from the moment we purchased the car so we sent the worst one back to them to be repaired and they kept it said they fixed it but neither door worked from the beginning. We brought the van to Mobility works in Farmingdale, NJ where we purchased it to get it fixed. they kept it for a week and never called us. We called them and they said they were waiting for a part, so we asked if we could have the van and use it without that door until the part came in. at his means we have to lift the wheelchair into the van form the opposite side (the side without a ramp).That was October 2023. This review is being written at the end of April 2024. Many, many calls have been made and very difficult to get anyone to answer. Then we receive a call back telling us the part problem is being handled by the general manager who is going to corporate (Corporate is Braunability, the parent company). All we wanted was for them to repair the door or put a new track in. We were not asking for anything above and beyond. These are propriety parts because of the ramp so our local mechanic will not touch it. Remember this when you go to look at a car at a Mobility Works or any Braunability subsidiary. I truly hope this helps someone avoid the nightmare we have experienced for the past six months. read more

Beware of these scammers!! Extremely overpriced! They took advantage of my elderly father who was an easy target. He needed a van for my wheelchair bound mother in a hurry. Also told him they would buy it back if there came a day we didn't need it anymore. Now they won't return his calls. read more
