These guys are useless. The won't pick up the phone. They tell you that you are next in line for 20…read moreminutes. They tell you that you will get an SMS when your order is ready. And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

It is well documented on the internet as well I realize now after the fact. Fine to buy cables and stuff I guess but I got an expensive screen there and it broke by the usb-c connector getting bent after 3 hours of use. They don't do anything about it other than send it off for service for at least a month. No replacement, not even saying they are sorry. Just rudeness from them. Otherwise I have liked Webhallen because they are quick but I have never experienced a worse customer support.

Just got a basic Nokia with a sim card to keep in contact with all my family around Sweden & Finland :). Been back 2014 and now again May 2017, My last 3 visits I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, you got to be happy about that :D!! Mum went somewhere in Huddinge back in 2014 to get soughted with a sim card & i don't know what the guy did but it was problem after problem .... took it to Soba after a couple weeks & he said the guy cut the simcard wrong & jammed it in the phone.. poor workmanship!! Took him about 20 mins to fix :) As soon as we got to my Mormors house yesterday my mum gives me her phone & says take it to your guy :D. He fixes computers aswell so early 2011 my morfars usb drive 1 of 2 on his laptop broke.. took to him & he said if it was desktop it would be a simpler fix but laptops are compact for a reason & everything is compressed & as one together.. so to fix it would of been about the same price as getting a new one.. advice was free of charge .. you can just imagine some places would probably of took it & opened it up & tell you what he said 2 days later at a cost ?! For anything Mobile or computer related I can't imagine going anywhere else :D!!!

I came in with a Broken front screen just before the store closed and they still replaced it for me…read morestraight away within 30 minutes by super friendly and efficient staff. I came in the morning after to get some tweaks fixed and this was handled just as fast and just as friendly. I would recommend this repair shop!
