*** God Tier Dessert*** A Must Try Experiences and for anyone who loves sweets. Disclaimer: This is crack. Came in at night and sadly most of their flavors sold out, this is a massive tragedy. My friend and I then decided to rob them of the rest of their stash Harold and Kumar style. Lavender- tastes like I'm eating a flower. Straight Delicious Pistachio subtle nutty flavor, not overpowering, very nice. Passion fruit/ Guava: tastes exactly like the sweetest version of the fruit. Coffee Espresso- S tier. Dangerous for coffee lovers. The espresso bean is the literal topping that topped this off. Bruh we ordered 4 and it was a good decision. You can just keep eating it and you don't get flavor fatigue. Blueberry- tastes like a very fresh blueberry muffin Creamsicle- refreshing orange cream popsicle flavor- the name is exactly what the flavor is. The server girl was very cool and the store is small and quaint and hidden. I am more of a savory person than sweet and am very selective of what sugary diabetes I allow into my body; but this, this is makes me feel a certain type of way, the hot and bothered type and I welcome it. I had to try these mochi donuts when we were in Dallas this weekend! They did not disappoint, let me tell you. They were a little pricey, but I've never seen donuts made from mochi before and I am a really big fan of milk tea, so I figured it was something I couldn't get anywhere close to where I live so I couldn't pass up trying something new. The staff is also really nice! We ordered a Half-Dozen and went with a random assortment. We ended up with some really interesting choices. We had Taro Pebbles, Matcha Oreos, Coffee Biscoff Crumble, Lemon, Mango and an Orange Creamsicle! It was really hard to choose a favorite, but I think if I had to, I would say the Matcha Oreo was really good. The donuts were extremely soft and chewy and unlike any donut I've tried before. Our Milk Teas were also very good, but it's the mochi donuts really made it hard for anything else to outshine them. I went with the Sea Salt & Cream Milk Tea with a salted caramel foam. It was the perfect amount of sweet and salty, they complimented each other very nicely. This shop has a really cute interior, and I love the donut wall! They constantly rotate the mochi donut flavors, and my personal favorite is the ube cheesecake! You can adjust the sugar and ice levels on the boba. I got the mango green tea with popping boba and loved it! The service was A1, and Diane was super nice and told me about how they made the donuts! They don't use food coloring in their donuts like other places. It opened about a year ago, so it's still relatively new. Definitely recommend if you craving a mochi donut or boba! read more

I usually order ahead and pick up here, the parking is usually pretty crammed but the wait is worth it. It's a cute little bubbly shop with delicious chewy donuts. Looking to satisfy our sweet tooth in Dallas, we turned to Mochio, a mochi donut and boba shop. The shop was clean and service was quick. The worker was extremely nice and walked us through every single flavor of donut they had before we made our choice. We ordered a taro milk tea and some donuts. The milk tea was good and the boba was very soft and chewy. The donuts were also pretty good although some of the toppings were a bit stale. Came in early Saturday to a beautiful and clean store with a fun brand aesthetic! The donuts were on display and the guy behind the counter gave me a moment to look. I only wanted a snack for later so I got the black sesame and Nutella Churro donuts. Both were great! I didn't know what to expect from mochi donuts but it was awesome! We tried them on a Sunday, and disappointed because they didn't open until 8, which for a donut shop I think they should be open earlier. We had to rush before church. I really love mochi doughnuts, and I was so excited to see Mochio move into the neighborhood. The doughnuts were only okay though. I had the tiger churro which was very bland - you couldn't taste the cinnamon or the sugar or anything, but the doughnut. On the other hand, the creamsicle icing was very sweet. Unfortunately, because the doughnut is flavorless, so a lot rides on the topping, and the ones I chose were unfortunate misses. The doughnut itself is chewy, but I wish it was also slightly crispy like the ones I had in Cali. The vietnamese coffee I got was also not very good. It lacked both the classic bitter espresso flavor and the condensed milk. It tasted more like a weird milk coffee. I also got it with the black sesame foam which was not great at all. Tbh, this was one of the most underwhelming experiences I've had at a doughnut shop, but there's a good chance I just didn't order what was best here, so will try again. read more

I am glad I stopped by to check it out... now I have found mochi donut place much closer to home than having to drive to Carrollton to find decent ones! I was greeted by staff immediately when I came in and they were very helpful. I ordered half a dozen which was about $15 and tried three different flavors - ube, Chico banana, and glazed. The texture of the donuts is great... just the right about of chew and the sugar is not too sweet or overpowering. I am looking forward to trying new flavors when they come out! read more

I was waxing my eyebrows across the st. and wanted something to drink. I forgot this place even existed since i've seen it before, but never purchased anything. As soon as you walk in you're greeted and everything is so cute and colorful. It reminds me of Mochinut, but this place is honestly a million times better. The drinks actually taste like sugar and you're not forced to buy a pack of donuts. You can actually buy them singularly. Mochinut forces you to purchase them in increments of 3 which is ridiculous and their drinks taste like water. The drinks are also super cheap and come in a large cup. So worth the price!! Wow, very impressed with Mochio. We stopped by only because my family was having a craving for mochi donuts and decided to try some place new and stumbled upon Mochio. I'm glad we found this place because they're going to be our new go-to. The service is amazing. We walked in around 10:30am and they could see the disappointment in our faces when we noticed they were out of some flavors. They let us know right away that they had more flavors in the back and whatever they were out of they could make within 5 minutes. Since it was our first time there they also let us sample! The texture is perfect - chewy and soft. They're also not too sweet! We got a dozen variety of mango, taro fruity pebbles, glazed, churro, blueberry, strawberry, and cookies & cream. Best Mochi Donut I've ever had. We been to LA, the Mecca of Mochi. This was hands down the best. The texture is chewy and they are not as sugary as the regular donuts we are used to. The flavors are so freaking awesome and creative like masala chai tea, mango pistachio, taro, tiger churro and our new favorite Black Sesame! Antoine was my server and he was super friendly and helpful. He helped explain what mochi is and did a great job describing unfamiliar flavors (like Hokkaido milk tea, taro, ube, pandan, etc). Their flavors are really unique and elevated compared to a basic donut shop and they rotate all the time so there's always something new to try. My favorite donut flavors are the Cookie Butter, Lemon Pistachio, Ube Fruity Pebbles, and Thai Tea Oreo. My favorite drink is the Vietnamese coffee with strawberry foam and Thai Tea with black sesame foam. When I go back I want to try their bobas and fruit teas! read more

We previously had mochi donuts in Hawaii and wanted to see how Texas stacked up and OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS.
