Was up in the Bothell area and hit up this Mods. The Asian girl working there is super rude.....i was only at my 3rd topping and she says to me with impatience in her voice, "We done??". She repeated that each time after that when I would ask for another topping. Um Hello--we can see your facial expressions and can tell you don't want to do this! For management there, please train your workers to not give off the vibe that asking for different toppings is asking too much. YOUR WHOLE DEAL IS "ANY TOPPINGS." I looove pizza and this place is pretty good sometimes it doesn't get cooked long enough and so it's a little doughy. But everyone there is soooo nice and I love walking in everyone says hello to you. It's a bit pricey but it's really good so worth it. read more

We tried this place out for a late lunch/early supper yesterday. It's self serve, which works great for choosing your own toppings, which are unlimited! Since I don't do "portion control" on vacation, I went with the mega pizza, which has two of the thin crusts with sauce and cheese in between. It was tasty but next time I would just get the regular one because I didn't even finish half. I got most of the meat options, a couple of sauce options, a few veggies and LOTS of all the cheeses. I even tried anchovies on a couple of pieces. My husband and daughter enjoyed making their own choices as well! The pizzas were crispy on the bottom and the toppings were fantastic! In addition, they make their own Marion Blackberry Lemonade there which was amazing. We all left full and happy with the service and the food and we enjoyed left overs at our hotel later. Disappointing after all the hype. The crust was soggy, the toppings were sparse and the cheese was invisible. One star for speedy service and one more for price. This location is brand new, so maybe the quality will improve over time. We might try it again in a month or so. read more

Really impressed with my visit with MOD tonight. Just got back from getting my "make your own" MOD. I felt bad because I showed up about 10 minutes before close, but the staff, despite getting ready to close were very professional and very kind. They worked hard to get my order done quickly, but also efficiently and done well. There were three people specifically that worked with my order, 2 brunette gals and another guy with a hat- I wish I knew their names so I could directly say AWESOME JOB! Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I had a to go order waiting to be served so I asked the employee if I could get my pizza since I was in a rush. He was so disrespectful and slashed my pizza with a knife and stormed out of the restaurant in front of at least 50 people. I demanded to speak with a manager where he told me "he's dealing with some personal issues". Everyone has "personal issues" which are left outside of work. I hope with company has enough pride in their business not to accept this kind of behavior by an employee. read more

Just sat in line for 30 minutes while online orders poured in front of the 20+ people who were waiting their turn. Four stars for the pizza less two stars for the rude business practices. Pizza is not worth the hassle of eating here during the lunch or dinner hours :) read more

What a great place to eat! We were in town from the other side of Washington and staying at the Holiday Inn Express. My husband and son were hungry late and didn't want to drive so they walked across the parking lot and went in right before closing time. The staff was wonderful! Didn't treat them like someone who is interrupting their closing routine. They ordered cinnamon sticks (which are AMAZING) with their pizzas and the one girl forgot to make them. My husband asked about them and realized that he hadn't been charged for them so said not to worry. They insisted they make them for him as he had asked for them originally and gave them to him on the house. What exceptional service! I highly recommend them and will go out of my way to visit this establishment the next time we are in the area. read more

My co-workers & I have always loved this location & the food is always delicious. However, the last time I was in with one of my co-workers the customer service from their manager CJ was absolutely terrible. A week prior to our visit we had used a gift card on a take out order. Generally, we don't tip on take out & put a line through the open spot. But when we checked the balance online the day after we noticed there was less than the total amount of our order. Further noticing there was a $3 tip added to the receipt. So this is what we brought up with CJ while ordering - he began to accuse my co-worker of lying, and that it's really hard to believe him without a receipt & after working there for years had never once heard of anyone adding on a tip. My co-worker very calmly, and politely expressed that he didn't want to cause any inconvenience or even want a free meal, just asked if he could make it right. " ok then, bro tell me what you would like me to do ". " I would just like my $3 back" - co worker. He wasn't able to take it from the till so ended up comping his meal. Like I said, food is always a 5*, but the extremely rude & unnecessary service from management was a huge disappointment. The 1* review is due to his service. read more

Love MOD and this new location is no exception. Friendly, though sometimes inconsistent service - they always make a mean pizza! We came in on a Saturday night for 3 pies and 1 salad. They were a little skimpy on ingredients but gladly added more when we asked. We also asked for the chicken on the salad to be heated, and while they threw it in the oven quickly, they forgot about it just as quickly. I had to go back up to the counter to inquire about it after I realized the error and my salad was half way eaten. read more

I absolutely LOVE Mod- and this new location does not disappoint! Great pizza and salads, and the crew and this store are great! My daughter and I will continue to come on our lunch hour during the week- it's great food, friendly service and they got us our pizza's quickly. The manager (?) made sure that we were satisfied with our orders even before she handed us our food. Our visit was last Wednesday- but we'll be coming back soon with the rest of the family. I should start by saying I have always had a good experience at the new location here in canyon park. The food is great not too heavy on the carbs (who wants a thick crust flled with cheese or min hotdogs!) and classic pizza style. I like the ability to personalize your order but the Mod pizza menu is awesome too. I always have had great conversation with the staff while I wait for my food they are all friendly and seem genuinely happy to work there. I just have to shout out a compliment for a member of the amazing staff at this mod pizza. I called in my order 5 mins before closing a few nights ago. I told the employee I was only 2 mins away and thankfully he accepted my order. I rushed in at the last minute and he had my pizza coming out of the oven the employee could see I was visibly stressed and flustered (had to work late going home to a hangry husband and son who hadn't had dinner yet) he then told me my order was free! The girls like MOD pizza so much that ever since they tried it for the first time this is all they wanna eat now. A major plus is the ability to order & pay online. A serious minus is the time it takes for the order to be processed. I had to wait over half an hour after placing an order whilst walk-in customers whizzed by me. The 4 stars is for the pizza. It is amazing. However, it is WAY too loud in the restaurant, and I don't like the way the staff yell at you when your pizza is ready...saying the name one time is good enough...or at least wait more than 10 seconds before you yell it again, louder. The staff try to appear friendly, but seem angry underneath. While cleaning off the table next to us, this (really big) big guy was slamming the chairs around and just seemed genuinely angry. There was a young girl this evening making my pizza (green braids) yeah, I saaid green, looked like she hadn't fixed it in a few years), and she seemed to try to argue with everything I said... such as..I say, I would like more artichokes, please, and she would say, there are already artichokes on the pizza (yeah, like 3), and when I asked for more mozzarella, same thing, she said, there is already mozzarella on the pizza....and another female who works there always seems annoyed if you don't order right away when it gets to your turn. And they want to move ppl through like we are some herd of cattle. I understand wanting to keep it moving, but please...don't treat us like cattle. The MOD location in Mill Creek has nicer staff in general. This one just happens to be on my way home from work, so I go to this one sometimes. read more
