I had it listed with one place for a year with no offers. Joe reached out to me after I took it off the market. In 6 months, we had 1 offer (that ultimately fell through) and a second offer. Joe was great at communication and gave the right amount of advice to help me decide on offers/counter offers. The staff he works with are responsive. The closing was just hard.
