This company is the worst example of automation gone wild. We ordered postcards announceing an art opening and they misprinted them, mailed them to 3500 people and were supposed to ship another 3500 cards to our gallery on June 5, 2007. As of June 15 the postcards are no where to be found, and the customer service department refuses to refund our money, claiming that it is all our fault. Buyer beware, this is a highly automated business in which humans are not welcome.
